Did Samantha check to see if the mirror was a two sided mirror and the Landlord was watching her in the bathroom or even Video recording her while showering or toileting?

I don't know about you guys, but if I discovered some secret unused space behind my bathroom wall that hadn't been touched in years, I would NEVER tell my landlord. I'd run to the closest building supply company and get everything I needed to permanently close that space off from the hallway so no one could tell it ever existed. Then I'd tear down the walls separating the two apartments so I could begin creating my new, top secret secret hideout. 😁 I've always wanted a hidden room behind a bookcase. OMG the first story in the NYC apartment freaked me out for multiple reasons. First thing that shocked me was the girl looks so eerily similar to my friend, she has many of the same mannerisms, my friend even sticks her tongue out while carefully doing things like the girl did while removing the mirror. Even creepier this same friend was renting a townhouse and she returned home one day to find all the doors upstairs missing, taken right off the hinges, she also found a dead frog and even more disgusting a bloody tampon in her mailbox that week. She called her landlord and he didnt remove the doors or know anything about the mailbox. She ended up finding an opening to the attic space above the townhouse and that space was connected to the entire row of townhouses. The doors were taken by some creepy neighbor that lived 4 homes down, he had gone up into the attic space and went into her home, taking the doors off and then removing them out the front door, locking he door on his way out. She had lived their for multiple years and never knew that they were interconnected in the attic, she wondered if that was the only time someone entered her home, creepy!!!

Wow... I'm really amazed by the brilliance of the last one. That's a hell of marketing move... Checkmate definitely! What a brilliant idea to put out your 1st novel. She probably searched for the 25 bookworms that have the most followers, then sent them the novel and let them do the whole marketing. By posting some help, so that they can solve the riddle, she gained even more publicity, because we all know that the majority of people are quite curious. So by playing on the card of people's curiosity, not only she got more people who couldn't wait to get their hands on the book, but a pretty good book deal too. Congratulations on that one. That's a very, very smart and attractive way to market your product. Hat down!!
@@BeAmazed exactly! Well, that's somehow I used to sell excursions to tourists. Because you need to tell them what they are going to see, where and how long it takes... So I did quite the same... Explained from which time period something was, that it's unique, but what it is exactly, I told them that they have to find out themselves. So I sold the most excursions... Even more than all my colleagues together. You just need to know how to present something. When you do that on an appealing way, you will get positive results. Because, being honest, all those people could have taken a rental car and drive there, it's not like a huge country and you can get lost, and there were also many freelance excursions from other travel agencies as well. I had to present mine as the best possible they can get on the market, even though it's a bit more expensive than the ones they can find in other places.
I tried the hanger challenge, at first I didn't feel like anything and nothing happened. Then I experimented. If the scientists in the experiment/test said it was pressure that made your head want to turn, did I maybe just have the hanger on too symmetrically? It was fairly tight so it wasn't that there was no pressure, but if the pressure was too even then that might explain why I didn't feel anything... I twisted it a lil bit to the side and instantly my head wanted to turn to that side. It wasn't that I couldn't resist but there was pressure I had to ignore. Messing around I twisted the hanger a bit to the other side and the pressure moved as well as the way my head wanted to turn. It was pretty fun, like when you were a kid at school and someone showed you the 'trick' where they stood against a door frame and pushed their arm in that direction, when they step away and relax the arm automatically wants to rise.
I tried it too, just for gits and shiggles. Nothing. I used a plastic one first, and it just hurt. I do have a slightly biggly head. So I swapped over for a metal one, and switched the pressure side over. Still nothing. I did it in front of the mirror... but then I felt a draught. Turns out I was hiding Narnia behind there. Narnia business. Lol. And it was just a draught beer after all. Felt it sliding down me throat, and warming the cockles of me heart. Bless that golden draught.
I wonder if it has to do with proprioceptive signals the brain uses to determine how it should keep the head balanced. Our head does stay upright and facing forward quite well without much conscious thought, and somehow the brain has to decide what information to base those unconscious choices on
I have actually tried this out before hearing it and my head did in fact move to one side and I thought it was some kind of ghost and I never did it again.
Yep So back in 10 days ago my family was driving to my mother's work and the car we were driving was able go detect a human in front of And that day we was driving around the block and suddendly the human detector started beeping out of nowhere when there was nobody there My family expect me just ignored it😳
The apartments with the hole between them was probably due to renovations being done poorly. They probably removed an in wall type medicine cabinet from both bathrooms and rather than patch the hole through the wall They just covered it with a mirror. Probably so they could rent one of the two apartments. It's possible they ran out of funds for renovations, notice how the second apartment is mid renovations? I could see it being creepy if it was a two way mirror, but I'd expect that to have been mentioned if that was the case.
I was wondering the same thing. Then two ideas occurred to me. One, check to see if the apartment had a door going outside to the hallway. And second, don't tell the landlord, and just make your apartment bigger.
@@ulyssescpt that would probably be grounds for eviction, with the possibility of having to pay for damages. and before you say something the landlord will eventually find out, at some point they are going to finish remodeling that other apartment.
@@Autisticgyal the original poster of that video was probably trolling for views or reddit karma and half the story is a lie. By which I mean the land lord told her the apartment renovation had been halted due to lack of funds and her apartment had been rushed because it was mostly done. That's why the hole was "suddenly fixed". Like I said I could see it being creepy or weird if it had been a two way mirror, and they would have noticed that and pointed it out in the video if that was the case. Hell for all we know she changed out her own medicine cabinet, bumped the back of the other medicine cabinet and it fell off/out of the wall. Then, that's when she noticed that she could see through to the unfinished apartment nextdoor. Maybe I'm just cynical from seeing too many of these types of videos and most of the things they show are either not creepy or seem staged.
Samantha from NYC made the ultimate mistakes: calling the landlord AND posting her story. Instead, she should have called every friend with tools, had them come over and then add a couple of rooms to HER apartment, and later telling EVERYBODY that's how she originally rented it. I'm almost certain the landlord did the construction work without a permit (based on all the sketchyness) and therefore probably wouldn't dare to complain. Worth a try
We used Randonautica - I think one of the phrases we used was "imagination" and we got taken to an empty little preschool with a colorful playground full of slides, swings, and other playthings. None of our other attempts seemed quite as on-the-nose, but it was a fun way to get outside and look around nearby surroundings we'd never seen before.
At 4:16, when the dog is barking, if you zoom in on the upper left hand corner you can literally see someone dancing in the dark. 😂 The hole in the wall, behind the mirror, was meant for a medicine cabinet. In older buildings, the pipes for the plumbing were easily accessible through there. A woman was actually attacked that way, when someone removed the medicine cabinet and climbed into her apartment.

For the Tesla graveyard thing, i can totally agree with that explanation, however there are some flaws. As someone who frequently rides in a Tesla, the human detecting thing is very inconsistent, sometimes not even detecting nearby and obvious humans, so I highly doubt it would detect a gravestone as a human would be very rare. Also, in some footage, you can see the supposedly headstone moving, which is not possible. Another thing is that when Teslas drive on normal roads, they don't detect small statues, small signs, or anything human-sized, except most humans, so would they have no trouble detecting headstones as humans? Lastly, in some footage not in this video, the "headstones" are basically right next or ON the road, which is very unusual. It's a good explanation, however there are things about this issue that aren't fully explained.

About the Tesla one, Edgar's first video showed zero human sized anything in front of his car. There were no headstones (everything was flat) and the flowers were too short and small to have been mistaken for humans. It works only for the second guy bc of the headstones, but Edgar's video had a very clear lack of them.

Kalu was a hardworking gardener of the royal garden. He was saving money for his old age and kept his savings in a secret hidden place. Kalu went crying to Birbal one morning and told him that all his savings, which were around a thousand gold coins, had been stolen. He further told him that he kept his money by digging a hole under the pear tree in the royal garden as he used to work in the royal garden the whole day, so it was easy for him to watch over the money. Birbal assured him that he will solve the case. Then Birbal thought if anyone had dug up under the tree, only then one could know about the gold coins.
Birbal and KaluBirbal summoned all the Vaidyas and Hakims (ancient time doctors) and asked them if any part of the pear tree works as medicine. Most of them refused but one of them told him that the fruit of the pear is good for health but flowers and leaves are not helpful. Then an experienced Vaidya told Birbal that recently he made a paste of some herbs and mixed it with the paste made of the roots of a pear tree. That I gave to a patient of mine, named Seth Hazarimal who was suffering from jaundice. Seth was asked to come and Birbal enquired about him and he agreed that he was cured by eating the paste of herbs and roots of a pear tree. He told him that his servant brought the root of the tree for him. Seth Hazarimal’s servant was summoned. He was found guilty because of his suspicious behaviour and he admitted that he had stolen the gold coins. Thus, Birbal found the thief who had stolen the gold coin and told Kalu not to hide his money in such an unsafe place.
In my opinion, I think the hanger challenge is probably something that doesn’t work for everyone, as some people in the video seemed to turn their head very quickly, and for me it was extremely easy to resist. I did have to wait for it to get tight enough for a minute, but that’s the only way it worked for me. I also had to go into almost a meditation state, so I wouldn’t try to resist it, or try to move my head , and the only time I felt like it worked perfectly was when my head was 3/4 turned to the side. I wouldn’t be surprised if it only worked for some people, as there are SOOOOOO many differences in people, and some people may not turn there head, if you think about, some people can roll there eyes back, some have double joints, some are missing parts of there body, or have extra parts of there body, some can’t eat certain foods, and some don’t have certain things, or have more things then most people have. This is just my opinion, but I do think it’s probably something that works for some people, and not others. (Just remember that even if it doesn’t work for you, you have so many other unique things about you, I struggle with some injuries and disorders that make my brain work, think, and react different, so I know even though it’s simple, it can seem like something your missing out on, but just remember that you can do so many things that are unique to you, and you are very special in your very own way!)
I tried it i did have an urge to move my head to my side but i could resist the urge to move my head quite easily. But when i moved my head to the side it felt like a bit of tension was being released for some reason.
I did randonautica once.. led me and a few of my friends under a tension line pillar in the middle of a grassy area near a highway. As soon as I hit the marked spot on the map I received a phonecall from some unknown number asking for Jeff.. (phone call was in English, I live in a French area). I was confused but kinda shat myself as not many people have my number.
That "dig a hole" tutorial from Brendan feels like a tribute to alantutorial. Also it's metafiction, not an ARG. ARGs are a type of metafiction, but they involve actual puzzles and interaction. He wasn't responding to messages or anything, just presenting this story of someone who seems to be trapped in some kind of abandoned building alternate dimension.
I live in Northern Utah and the slime road in Pennsylvania is actually really common. Any hot day it becomes like tar. If you’re wondering it feels dry, squishy, and rubbery.
They get very tacky everywhere. Look at any main intersection in about any town. You'll see the ruts where trucks and cars alike sit at traffic lights. Each lane will have like slight 12" wide low spots. On the hottest of summer days, when everyone is too busy staying cool to notice, the pavement is actually much softer than one thinks. Much has to do with the rock/sediment content of the asphalt. Many times batches aren't mixed the same consistency.
I live in Pittsburgh, PA, and trust me, it gets really, really hot here in the summer. We had several near hundred degree days last year, and today, early November, it was 78 degrees. Last week it was barely 50. Out weather is nuts. It also gets down to 0 and we’ll below with the wind chill factor…they call it temperate but it’s more like temperamental.
The hole behind the mirror is for a in wall medicine cabinet. Why it was open to the other apt, is the question. More than likely the same type of cabinet would reside opposite hers.
You explained the Tar in Penna very well. When I was a kid, we use to play with the tar! We use to wait for bubbles to form from the sun's heat then we knew it was ready! Mom would get so mad at us coming in the house with that black stuff all over our hands and sometimes clothes. lol
I tried that hanger trick, and I think I understand why it makes some people turn their heads. When the hanger is on the head, it has no effect on me, then I try to move my head right and left and it feels different. It feels less light when you move your head towards the hook. Probably due to head balance or something
6:44 I like how the screens are almost moving to the beat like turning on and off also it got struck by lightning most likely this happens a lot it’s only noticeable on older planes though
9:30 thank you for including this, most videos try to play it up like some big mystery... but it is just evidence a) of the normal type of errors you'd encounter with OCR models and b) that Tesla's FSD system still has a long way to go and this is why it is stuck at SAE-2
That Booktalker story was awesome! What a brilliant and fun way to gain publicity for your project. That doesn't really seem like a book I'd typically gravitate towards, but now I want to read it anyway.
I am not a fan of TikTok. One thing however the Internet and platforms within it can do is help people to not feel alone, afraid or isolated. Years ago the lady with the uneven boobs would struggled to find answers, let alone others. Films, media and the Internet itself have projected the 'perfect body' image but everyone is Different. Awareness of that and other medical issues or just fascinating genetics has greatly increased. This was a fascinating video 😊💖
I can't submit any vids but I listen to "live" voices in my head, put there by trained remote watchers. I'm 61 and I've had this "cancer"(how I think of it) since kindergarten.(1968) It's a long time debilitating non-stop conversation and voice in my head. I'll think something to myself and something always answers back.
I actually have the randonautica app on my phone. One of the few times I used it, I was thinking about my girlfriend, and it took me to a random gravestone. And the middle name was my GF's first name. But yeah, that's like my only actual cool thing I've found using it. It's still really fun though.
The last time that I flew on a plane was over 20 years ago. I will never fly again. 20 years ago on a commercial airplane, I flew from Los Angeles to Dallas, Texas and during that flight, our plane dropped straight down without going into a nose dive about 30 ft.! It was as though a big hand took our plane and held it in the air and then dropped it, sending it free-falling straight down. People, including myself, were coming out of their seats in what seemed like 'floating', we became weightless. And, then we hit some of the worst turbulence that I've ever seen happen to a plane. The plane shook so badly that it sound like it was going to come apart. Once that happened, I have never flown again and no one today could drag me onto an airplane without me screaming and crying! I knew that day on that plane was my last day on earth and it was by the grace of God that we all survived. I never want to experience that again! NEVER !! .
The first time I watched this video I got super freaked out by the dark man dancing edit, but I read some of the replies and I breathed a sigh of relief 😌
I explored an abandoned hospital with my friend once. It was a dark building that was mostly run down and falling apart. At the very top floor there was grafiti that read "we are the hospital bums and we will kill you". After taking a few pics and hanging out for about an hour we saw that there were cop cars approaching the building, one or two at first so we didnt think anything of it. Then every car surrounding the building turned their lights on at the same time and all of a sudden there were dozens. We thought the cops were there for us so we ran all the way down and tried to escape without being caught. We ended up in the middle of a shootout between the swat team and the hospital bums and saw one of the bums get shot down. We ran towards the back exit and got caught by the swat team who threw us on the ground and pointed assault rifles at us. They figured that we were just harmless kids and ended up letting us go. A couple of years later we walk by the hospital and we see a strange shadowy figure standing on the top floor of the hospital barely visible. Without explanation we were both paralyzed with an overwhelming sense of fear and tears began pouring down both of our faces. We cant take our eyes off the figure and then my phone starts glitching and playing a song on its own. The song was called "silhouette". I think what we had seen was the ghost of the man that got killed last time we were there. A few days later the hospital was demolished maybe for the best.
if you see a plasterboard wall mounted on metal its a clear sign its pretty recent construction job. this is lately being used alot in office buildigns and in houses to devide rooms in order to rend out more rooms for the same price.
I saw that 1st video on TikTok months ago. Even though it may have seemed a little creepy for the tenant all it was was an adjoining apartment that was empty and being renovated. Everyone I've seen publish this story had made it sound like there was some "secret room" in her apartment. It just happened to have a hole in the wall. If you go to an apartment complex or building and take a saw and cut a wall in one apartment into the one next to it that's not a "secret room". That whole story/video was blown out of proportion for absolutely nothing.
Haha, true. I was thinking it was a little weird the hole was left open, because you can apply drywall 1 side and still access electrical for the other side. Then I really thought about it and decided, it makes the most sense that it was due to laziness. I bet it was cut out for some reason, or a recessed cabinet was removed, and someone who fancies themselves a contractor just hid it behind the mirror instead of patching & painting the drywall.

okay very embarrassing but i actually just tried the hanger thing and it made me turn my head too. im definitely betting on the pulling on the skin explanation because the hanger i used was way too tight for my head and immediately moved my skin like he said in the video
I personally feel it's something to do with the placement of the hanger, and the temples, somehow. It worked on me when I did it too! I did not like it!
My neck turned slightly, but it was nowhere near as exaggerated, & the slightest muscle tension stopped it. I think the uneven shape may actually be pushing slightly. There's also the disfomfort of it being pressed into the temples.

Hat down!!
Very neat indeed :)
ingenious, right!?
RIGHT! Love that so much! Genius!
So you're saying the hanger thingy is a baby reflex???
Worked for me but not my 16 year old. She feels foolish now. LOL.

It’s weird that the landlord wouldn’t respond to her inquiries
Yeah me too
Samantha from NYC made the ultimate mistakes: calling the landlord AND posting her story.
Worth a try
I would have turned it into a panic room, a bookshelf/secret door to get in the other apartment.

The hole in the wall, behind the mirror, was meant for a medicine cabinet. In older buildings, the pipes for the plumbing were easily accessible through there. A woman was actually attacked that way, when someone removed the medicine cabinet and climbed into her apartment.

@@TayWoodethough it is a shame she was doxxed, when you make people believe you're ACTUALLY in danger, it is very much different from a show that you're aware it's highly edited and manipulated.
Or it could be human below those grave

About the Tesla one, Edgar's first video showed zero human sized anything in front of his car. There were no headstones (everything was flat) and the flowers were too short and small to have been mistaken for humans.

But when i moved my head to the side it felt like a bit of tension was being released for some reason.
and I also have a brain disorder or disorders one i basically know I have is S.P.D A.K.A sensory possessing disorder and i might have more idk.
If you relax it does make your head want to shift slowly. It’s just science not a gimmick or something paranormal

I live in northern utah too(more near the salt lake) and i swear the roads in my neighborhood melt every summer😅
I loved the one about the clothes hanger, and the one about Harry and Megan cleared up that mystery too, so thank you for that!
I live in Pittsburgh, PA, and trust me, it gets really, really hot here in the summer. We had several near hundred degree days last year, and today, early November, it was 78 degrees. The hole behind the mirror is for a in wall medicine cabinet. Why it was open to the other apt, is the question. More than likely the same type of cabinet would reside opposite hers.

Umm…

if you see a plasterboard wall mounted on metal its a clear sign its pretty recent construction job.
this is lately being used alot in office buildigns and in houses to devide rooms in order to rend out more rooms for the same price.
Yeah, it’s weird that this many people have no concept of space or structure.
9:07 it could be just the dead people under their grave.. the person in the tesla device isnt even moving
10:24 my dad works in the pavement buisness , that’s just what happens when the crack filler that fills cracks in the roads is used to fill potholes and in the sun it melts (normally you use asphalt to fill potholes)
The cliffhanger thing is so stupid it broke my cliffhanger
The Tesla ghost thing is probably just the Tesla detecting a dead body
Nope, disembodied entity. It's detecting the vibrational frequency that humans ordinarily emit through their meat-suit. Otherwise it would detect any other random object as a person too.
The body's must have bin new or some one faked it because the sensor sends out a electronicle field that's collaborated to the signal of a as you but it human meet suit so it would have bin resonating of of freshly dead meet or some one tricked the electronic field
I notice on the replay of the dog barking (@4:16), there is a dancing shadow in place that was not there originally 🤣
LOL I SEE IT-
Yeah I was about to post that timestamp
I noticed that too
I was about to post this!! So freaky. lol
Don't forget the "AUGGGGHHHHH"
4:25 bros just dancing in the backround
My theory about the creepy Tesla is that it’s actually detecting the bodies buried in the ground by the graves.
Unless it can’t detect things under the ground, in that case then it’s probably just the flowers.
One time I was in my backyard when I saw a suspicious man. He kept on walking back and forth behind our fence
I was younger so I got really scared. I ran inside to get my mom. She checked outside and she said to come inside
The man had a hood on so I couldn't tell who it was
We lived by the woods so he was easy to hear walking bye
AND YES I LIKED MY OWN COMMENT
Go to 04:16 press paud and zoom in to the top left. A distorted black figure is doing the tik tok dance
@@Babycakes-y90 That's stupid
Same girl😇
Cool, I disliked your comment for you.
I love some Be Amazed and that's for sure! Homegirl was real brave to climb through hole behind mirror! Going to go work on my next music video.
Nobody asked 😂😂
@@Shogun-AI2 I thought you asked?

I remember when there was a smoking section on a plane while I was a child. I remember when we could go into the cockpit during the flight.
I've seen most everything since then.
Yep 😔
That dude sparkling on camera was funny!!! He didn't even realize what was going on. That would have me really boggled for a minute!!
It was a good solution but how was it all on his skin too?
I tried the hanger challenge and it worked! 😮
Same
Same here
okay very embarrassing but i actually just tried the hanger thing and it made me turn my head too. im definitely betting on the pulling on the skin explanation because the hanger i used was way too tight for my head and immediately moved my skin like he said in the video
I personally feel it's something to do with the placement of the hanger, and the temples, somehow. It worked on me when I did it too! I did not like it!
i tried it and it work too and i too think it should be related to the skin explanation
It was tight on me and on my temples but did not work
My neck turned slightly, but it was nowhere near as exaggerated, & the slightest muscle tension stopped it. I think the uneven shape may actually be pushing slightly. There's also the disfomfort of it being pressed into the temples.
Don't feel bad lol I tried it too. Only I tried it because I was certain my head wouldn't turn. However, my head did move. I think the same thing you do about it and my hanger was also too tight lol.
7:27 bruh airplane mode doesnt interfere with any of the plane's electronics. it might give the pilot's headset a buzzing noise because its interacting with the frequencies but other than that it does nothing.

Whoa whoa..when they talk about the dogs barking suggesting the man was also there at night, look out into the yard in the shadows to the left of the screen and there is a dark figure there flailing its arms in the air… how did nobody notice that
I absolutely saw that and it made me even more anxious. That one really unnerved me.
