Before I became licensed I was learning real estate wholesale so I know lil sumin of it (basics). I would love to do r.e. wholesale while working on building my clientale. I'm just lil nervous because I know it's so many different laws of do's and don'ts as a realtor. Not sure if u have a video on real estate wholesale as a licensed realtor if so I would love to learn how it's done. In in Florida btw lol

I heard rentals were a good way to make some quick cash (and even deals later when they decide to buy) but I’d love a video going more into depth about finding these clients and how leases in the MLS work (or if you can find these outside of the MLS). Thanks for the videos, you have some great content! 💪🏼
I believe doing Open Houses for some of our top producing agents will be my route. As you said, I'll be able to build my database from walk-ins also. It would give me the ability to promote the property as well to garner attention for my namesake.
@@TRenee-mp7el Doing rentals have helped in that it brought in some quick easy money. Not much but it was something. And I keep in touch with all of those tenant clients. They will send referrals and one day they want to buy a home themselves. I'm new to real estate but so far rentals have definitely brought me some coins.

But you really have to put in work...Rentals are good to start but I wouldn't do them long term because you don't get that much unless you're doing apartment locating (that's better). No, I haven't. I have just been watching his videos since before I become a Realtor. I got most of my rental clients from social media. Mainly fb. Then some of the agent in my brokerage like to refer their rental clients to us newer agents.... I'll be sharing my journey on my channel and talking more about it if you want to see how things go for me!

Excellent advice! Calling expired listings, FSBO and circle prospecting using RedX from 9-5 everyday will get you a deal eventually.
