RTVD's 1st ident made with Scanimate!

Back around 1975, when RTVD announced that they would expand its' footprint for programs in other regional languages, the English programming of RTVD was re-named to Devligger Radio & Television for English-speaking recognition.
Meanwhile, the identification was then designed by Troika & Associates from USSR, being shown from DRT/DTV's beginning until 1980.
