I honestly dislike beat box. To me it detracts from the whole concept of acapella. Having said that, his is the most well done. On top of that, of all the similar groups this is about the only one I listen to. It is absolutely the BEST. Pitch control and synchronization is absolutely perfect! I really love JSA.

I just found out this week from our family elders and history of music in Uganda that the original version of this song was written by my great grandfather Kezekiah Gukiina in Nddejje Archdiocese Luweero.
The song is now international. My family has left a landmark in this world. Glory to God 🙌🙌

I'm in tears.... I was told by my auntie that the revival started in Rwanda in the 60s. Apparently the move of God was so powerful that this song is how people greeted each other. Yes. this song was the default Christian greeting. From Rwanda, the great East African revival moved to the other countries. Thank you so much for this amazing ministry. This is true worship... not the entertainment we see nowadays. God bless

Tukutendereza Yesu. The 2 most powerful words I've heard every day of my life since I was born. This song belongs to the revival that occurred in the early sixties, starting of in Rwanda and spreading to the whole East Africa. It was so powerful that Christians would greet each other with this song. And it has transcended time because even right now in my home village church, we greet each other with this song and yet it is not our language. Tukutendereza Yesu everybody ❤️❤️( praise to Jesus)

These young men are so blessed with clarity of tone, great pitch, you named it. What I have observed is that their singing is at it's best when performed in their language, even though it is always good. I wish I knew the language. If I listen long enough I'll be singing along even without knowing the tongue ☺️
