A limited is considering preference shares outstanding as financia liability and divided payable to shareholders is treated as interest expense in profit and loss account as per compliance of Ind AS.
Now question is whether this interest on Preference shares is to be added back in computation of CSR or not ?

Would the answer be same if the same donation was made in non pandemic time as activities in normal course of business does not amount to CSR activity as per CSR rules??
