The need to enforce a law about trashing the place. They drink their juice and eat food from boxes , they throw it anywhere. I hate to see them dispose Theo trash in the river , the streets or wherever they want . Come on Guyanese people , get with the the program. Keep your surroundings clean💃🕺👍🏾

In Barbados we don't normally get people dumping garbage on the beach, they mostly do this in gullies around the country; even though the authorities keep on asking them not to do so; but what we do find on the beach is stuff like disposable cups and plates, plastic bags, fast food containers and things of that nature. Also we've been having recurring problems with sargassum seaweed; not sure if you in Guyana have been having this challenge too; but it has been happening to our neighbours in St Lucia and St Vincent and others higher up the chain. All beaches that are visited by tourists have bathroom and changing room facilities; it's only the smaller not-too-popular beaches that wouldn't have them. You've been making the call now for some time. I think it's just a matter of time before the government hear's your cries and follow through. Dr Irfan Ali seems committed to improving the Guyana infrastructure to meet all present and future needs.

I love watching your show. I was born in Guyana and moved to canada when I was 10 but now live in Florida. I've never been back to Guyana😔. Your show allows me to make that connection to such a rich culture and people. I do appreciate you taking the time to share your daily experiences with us. Life can getting better than that.

the entire coast line of Guyana is below sea level, we will never have clear or blue water...however people can do more to help clean up... but the tide brings in more with every cycle...it will be a while before we will have more modern type of walls and or decks by the water..
