Thank you for covering this topic. Sustainability is something really important to me, especially when it comes to treating people justly. I first heard of Sana Jardin from Myworldoffragrance and I'm super interested in it.
I’m planning to blind-buy & gift the Floral Street:BL for myself on my birthday. I hope it won’t let me down as you also mentioned that it projects stronger and smells expensive. So excited 😍
I am trying out Sana Jardin these days and I'm glad I found you. Sandal wood and Nubian Musk are on top my list now. Also I have to say you have a gorgeous face😍
I get the cigarette vibe from ylan ylang espresso and think it’s similar to cafe tuberosa but I think Cafe tuberosa is a little more palatable. I think black lotus has a cigarette vibe as well…I simply love both of the floral street ones!! Great video!!
Just found your channel while searching for Sana Jardin reviews . I subscribed after watching this video. I enjoy listening to you . You're thorough & to the point . I'm looking forward to watching more of your videos .
Ylang Ylang Espresso by Floral Street is kind of my signature scent. It's actually quite polarizing. I find it feminine, whereas my mom finds it masculine. My dad finds it feminine, yet he says it smells like beer. The reviews I read are also 50/50.. either love or hate.
Really cool topic! Good to see companies doing things like this and not animal testing. In the U.S. and dont have Instagram but all good! Thanks for spotlighting this! - Colin
I have actually and so far I’m not a huuuuge fan. I find the fragrances quite simple and linear (at least from the few samples I tried), and frankly a little boring 😳 That’s why I didn’t include them in the list. I usually don’t bad mouth brands but to me personally I don’t feel Clean fragrances are worth the money
Very appealing, that Floral Street Black Lotus. I was lucky enough to sniff it from the cabinet of a friend, visiting from the UK during the holidays. The backstory on the house was something new to me. 😭 Too bad, I'm in South America, but don't mind ... binge-watching Jus de Rose (as a subscriber -YT account only) is already pleasurable and very informative. Tnx Josephine!
Oh thank you! I'm sorry to hear you can't enter the giveaway. I hope we can find a way around making one day a giveaway that is international! Thank zou for your support, much appreciated :D
Really interesting video! Good job! The one with tiramisu sounds so interesting to me! And I want to participate on the give away! Keep up the good work and hello from Greece!!
This one is so far my absolute favourite from your frag-week videos. After a long working week, I´m catching up now and binge-watching:) I enjoyed very much your description of the YY Expresso. Sounds yummy. I am based in Slovakia. My insta @slavajasurkova. Have a great weekend ahead:)
That ylang-ylang espresso sounds very lovely 🙂 I really like vertical oud too. I love it brands are getting wise to bring sustainable now a good one is Zaharoff I know from what George has said he personally has made sure he knows where his materials come from and are sustainable and has visited them. I'm from the UK and I'm @scentedsnowdrops over on insta 🙊
I love it how most niche brands try to be sustainable and the majority are cruelty-free. and some even vegan. greedy designers should take notes. I'd like to add a few other brands to the list: Le labo and Kierin NYC. From the UK @alansarmad
Josephine, I loved learning about sustainable fragrances and fragrance brands. It's reassuring to know companies care about the environment and are taking measures to make the world a better place. I love your UA-cam channel and IG accounts...You are so well spoken and knowledgable. Unfortunately I am from the USA so I will not be participating in this giveaway. sustainability in the frag industry is very interesting and new to me, i only know it from clothing brands so far, it is always good to think about sustainability and our Planet I´m from Germany @pat_horstinho
omg I LOVE how you describe the scent and how you said that Ylang Ylang Espresso as having a tiramisu in a Perisian restaurant. AMAZING!
Haha thank you. I always try to give context and paint a picture as realistic as possible to give you the best impression as possible of a fragrance 😊
The topic sustainability in the fragrances industry is very interesting👍 I can always learn something new here 🙂

Great to learn about more companies that care to give back and not just take. 🙏

I love those two from Floral Street!! 👍🏼
i heard that u can rub hermetica frags unlike usual frags as they are like moisturizers and they are meant to be like that. Do u know?
They’re alcohol free although I don’t know if rubbing them on is the way to go... perhaps lightly tap (just in case!)
First to like and comment, now I can get on with watching this video 😉🙌😍💞
Awww thanks Abi!
Great content as always
