Great tutorial, thanks. Problem: Opacity Mask is only working on the first keyframe for the MASK (1) that I've created and applied around the figure, when I go to next key frame, where I've adjusted the matte for the second frame, the mask doesn't apply, Premiere just gives me the full frame instead of only the masked person. No attributes in the Opacity Inspector change between those 2 frames. Any advice?

Premiere will be your main editing software and lets you do some basic VFX. After Effects will let you take your VFX to a whole other level. I think knowing Premiere first is a great step to get started if you want to do editing/VFX.
