Starrk segunda mastery gotta be the easiest thing in the game. The way i did it, i grinded for metralleta and segunda first. When you get the boss into his segunda, before you start taking damage you pop your own. So immediately his finishes yours starts and you one shot him. Then you can go again immediately and just pop metralleta immediately, it insta kills
