      Omg yes!!! If I could change anything in the corperate world it would be women having more sick days, and ideally a beauty budget. Let's face it, we work like 40+ hours, have to exercise, cook, clean, other life stuff, it would be nice if we had a stipend for grooming and maintenance. I worked in sales for luxury jeweler and was expected to always look 100 percent, but like that's not cheap or easy smh.

    Tbh I agree.
    If you’re single and still at home with your parents, it may be a good idea to have a 9-5. Stack a big savings for you or invest it well. And don’t get in debt. Bc later when on your own, or married with kids, 9-5 don’t work for you.

    She's absolutely right. I did the 9-5 thing and it served me well. But then I had kids (3 to be exact) and I learned the really hard way that that life was not sustainable via chronic illness. My body spoke for me. So I've been in a deep mindbodyspirit healing/self-development journey the last few years, and everything she says in this video is correct. Women NEED to be creative. We need our own thing. I quit my 9-5 job that I thought I loved so much to be a SAHM and focus on my health. But that wasn't enough. I'm learning that I need to step into my true self and explore what *I* want. Me and me alone. This isn't being selfish. This is wellbeing.

I was wondering if I am wasting my time self reflecting and all that but this video brings me some relief. I’ve never seen a UA-cam video where a women agrees with my values! I just graduated college with my bachelors degree and I’m not sure what I want to do yet but I’m a stay at home daughter. My ultimate dream is to be a stay at home wife and mom one day but I also want to put my passion into something which I think could be starting my own UA-cam channel. I’m so glad I found your video because everyone else’s opinion in today’s world thinks women need to work work work and that’s just not what I want to do. I want to do something I love and be in my femininity because even when I was in college I felt like I was in my masculinity due to all the deadlines. Maybe you could do another video on how to start your own business/passion? I’m not sure how to word that or just how to help younger girls that are not sure about their career? For me I feel like it’s a religious thing as well for men being the providers and I’m only 24 but I have a traditional mindset.

    I was thinking the same way as you moths ago. I am glad someone as you put that on a video. We cant work like men. They should provide for us and women come as aid but the society has shift everything, make us work equally or even harder than men. I have a 9-5pm job and now I want to do a job I want, like possibly the one I create with less hours so I can be in my femine era and taking care of my family.

    Hmm I don’t think whether or not people join a random WhatsApp group should inform whether or not you make a pivot in your business or if your idea is good or not.
    It can take a long time to build trust with consumers and build an audience for your marketing. Sending cold text messages isn’t the way to do that.
    I just don’t want women to give up on their passions because WhatsApp messaging didn’t showcase their business properly and get people to join the group .

    Question. Does your nanny have children of her own? Is she able to have a high value woman career?

    • @Fariharri
      @Fariharri  5 місяців тому +7

      Great question! She has one adult son, and yes I make sure she has a high value woman career. I try to make her job as easy as possible by making her the boss of her role. I don’t tell her much what she needs to do. She does it by herself and decides everything.. makes life easier for her and me. The only work I did was to hire the RIGHT person. That was my job. I constantly tell her as well that I want her to enjoy coming to work and problem solve with her. I’m writing all of this so ladies who are employers can get an idea of how we can CREAT high value woman jobs! It’s possible by focusing on their mental health and needs.

    The real Goal of a woman, a HIGH VALUE WOMAN IS A MOTHER AND GOOD AND GODLY WIFE.. the reason why the world isn’t working is because of these false “high value women”. Stop it come on.

    Meh most jobs will underpay women and at some point once you hit 35, jobs won’t really look to hire you due to ageism. It’s just pointless long term because women will find themselves in a rut at the later stage in life :)

      Speak for yourself, there are many business ventures women can look into such as offering cooking class, teaching any subject , music lessons, sewing, singing lessons etc . Age is just a number.

      At 35 is when women are their own boss or becoming their own boss. Married or unmarried women are naturally a creator.

      At 35 in corporate they will work you there until you are 70 lol. They don’t care. The underpaying though may be something though
