I really don´t know why people are so obsessed with lore-friendliness in the first place. Mixing and matching makes for very interesting engagements imo. Both are interesting and make for great spectacles :) Great battle and commentary, umad!
Blackwolds have to be one of my favourite units, really fun to use and locked morale, just gotta keep them out of the sights of enemy archers and they'll never let you down.
I find it funny that numenor is a very elite only faction in the game, but in the lore numenor had 100 of thousands of soldier and they where prity elite.
It sort of depends on your play style. If you like playing defensive they are really good at that. If you want attack focus it may be more tricky, due to low numbers. However they are the only elf faction to have axe men. Mirkwood might be the trickiest of the elves to play. Lindon are good in a pure brawl but are very weak to ranged fire. But to answer your question not really hard to play in my opinion. There are a few factions that are difficult to play as and I don't think this faction is one of them.
It depends, if you're not looking for kills and just want to get enemy troops out the way as quick as possible then fire arrows are the way to go especially if there's a little amount of enemy troops because you can mass route them all saving ammo in your skirmishers
@@coreybown2438 No, no that doesn't work even with low moral units, I have seen more often units who push to far ahead route than any form of fire-arrow barrage like out of 10 only .5 that have taken part in and watched have routed from fire-arrows
Fire arrows also slow your rate of fire so that its more manageable over a long battle, allowing you to apply pressure while awaiting for a prime target. Against lightly armored units like hobbits or other fodders who's morale is also low, fire arrows are always the right choice when firing from the flank or rear.
Mirkwood and Lothlorien or any two elven factions on the same team in siege battle is just OP, but I love it! :D

46:04 Blackwolds of Rhudaur. 🤩
Those great swords looked great, very enjoyable blood bath of a battle.

Don’t know how I feel about a non lore friendly battle, especially since I love Dale and lothlorien, but I’m sure I’ll still enjoy myself

havent watch the full video yet but the defenders really chose some nasty factions considering its a 4v4
good synergy ^^
Thanks for bringing another battle to us umad! Why is the battle called colossus of Sauron I wonder
Hello sauce
Regarding that replay on Edoras, the blizzard should clean in some minutes. I've played one match like that the other day
who would be the most broken faction? Is lorien broken or balanced? or all factions balanced
the games focus is multiplayer, so the balance between factions is pretty fair i believe
Are lothlorien tricky to play as?
I wouldnt say so, having a very good archer force makes you very good at being the one to force the other player to move first

I wish people would stop using fire-arrows, they do nothing in most cases and you get more value with stand shot

i mean... they look cool

5vs2 4vs4.... Defense battles i don't understand
4v4 is fine, ive seen many really good fights that are 4v4
As cheap as the hobbit units are, they are at their weakest in a siege situation.
