Too bad he's lipsyncing the chorus (the high clean part) not gonna argue about it. I know he is and if you listen and watch it closely you could notice it.
Six G yeh no, I ve been learning about audio engeneering at college for years I know what they have done here, and i understand why they did. a metal vocalist will lose range if they abuse their voice like that
Timothy Smith parts are lipsynced, I dont think they would autotune it live, maybe in the studio with melodyne.. many people do it. and you would have to do everything perfect to keep your range doing those techniques. the high parts are lipsynced.. that's what I believe a lot of bands do it.. shinedown is one, the most obvious one.. super fake ( 2010 tours) and not much people see it. it's hard to believe that you have been fooled and impressed and when told to agree.. that's human. that's why marijuana is still illegal to keep it super short. ignorance and when I made a statement I cant change it to be believed in.. kinda the same. Strid can hit the notes for sure. but this isnt a studio. this is a live dvd/bluray and a hour long gig.. most people cant keep that up and not lose their higher range.
Cas_Lateralus Just a vocal track to enhance the vocals. Nothing new, many bands use them. You can hear him sing the parts but he's not actually singing the long notes every time.
+BloodReverence That's the reverb on his channel. I also think he's not synching. The highs of this chorus sound a bit different than on CD. It's not as powerful and a bit cleaner.
R.I.P. David Andersson 💛💙
I hope someday I can see Soilwork in concert. Would be a dream come true. Brilliant band.
They are absolutely insane live
one day I wanna be as happy as the dude at 2:11
HAHUAHYAHAHAUAH
Love this tune!
Dirk! Never forget! too bad he can't reach his full potential in Megadeth. And let's not forget about Ola Flink
2:12 :D:D
+Mars Topia hahahahahahah
the happiest man I've ever seen :D
He does this for the entire show! He must have been insanely high.
