If you want to appeal to people who like cooking, you really need to point out how many ovens the space has. I've noticed you overlook that each time. It's an extremely good selling point to have two ovens. It sold me on this space already.
Incredible. A new house that looks like it was built in the 90s. NoVA is so far behind on design trends for home building. The exterior - 90s. Front door 90s. Millwork 90s. Windows 90s. Cabinets 90s. Floors are nice though. I like the floors. Not the basement 2000s gray vinyl floors though. One step up from linoleum.

The paint color and wood railing and also the shape of it is from the 90s and early 2000s. This is bad.
