How brave of you to share your anxiety mishaps. My heart is with you as I do relate so much. We are so hard on ourselves but know that this too shall pass and so happy that your parents came to visit. Being with loved ones and friends of understanding are such wonderful support. I don't know what I'd do with out my loving husband who is so by my side to shack me out of it or just hold my hand. But I have come to the realization that it is truly my health journey to embrace and only I can make the choices to help myself. It is such a personal place to navigate and learn from. And that's why my dear it's all good. Dig deep to your self healing. Meditate, reading, diet, stretching, yoga, praying, Guasha...find your own tools. Learn and feel your body. Breathe...and it will get better. I promise. xo

Sorry you felt so rubbish! It’s the worst. I try and have an electrolyte even when I feel depleted like that particularly the LMNT ones and they calm me down. Sometimes low salts can make it worse xx

Hey Chloe, your experience with travel sickness and anxiety sounds so awful :( don't be angry at yourself, these things are so tough! I've found Phenergan helps with my travel sickness and anxiety around travelling, it's a strong antihistamine basically that just chills you out, your GP is able to prescribe it to help future situations that may be difficult for you!
Second this! Phenergan works wonders, also Cyclizine - speak to your GP x
