Do not threadlock scope ring screws it gives incorrect torque settings and can cause more pinch on the tube. Also refer to your scope manufacturer's specs as 25inlbs is 10 more than used for alot of other manufacturers. Also not setting eye relief and just relying on bubble levels and not a plumb bob or doing a tracking test... and tightening the rail bolts after the rings? One way to add a degree or two making it not level. This is not the way to mount a scope.
