Horrible Player Support System of Mobile Legends Bang Bang

This video is my own personal ongoing experience with the absolutely horrible player support system that exists within the MLBB dev group. Since I noticed that my account had been hacked into on the 27th of April up to the time of this video (22nd of June), the issue remains unresolved. Despite numerous emails, a tweet here and a few messages to their Messenger account I have not been heard well enough and so this video is the next step in me making my voice be heard.
