It's very interesting how everyone has different routines, one of my hobbies is watching people's routines on youtube, the routine I liked the most was Brook routine.
I liked the video, it is interesting as they interview several people about their daily routine. It's interesting how people program themselves and try to have a balance for their daily life. I think that having a routine helps us to feel more energetic, to stay organized and perhaps lead a stable life. It is important to mention that of the five people who were interviewed Isaure and Brook do not have a very long routine.
It is impressive to see how each person has already planned their entire day, they know exactly the hours in which they should do each thing from the moment they get up until they fall asleep or until they leave work
I see that each person has a productive routine in their own way and according to their needs, they differ in their activities and schedules, I like Isaure's routine is more relaxed
I like how each person has their own routine. Of course isn't the same everyday because it will be boring do the same things everyday, but with this little video I can notice how we all do the same things like cook dinner, read a book or do some exercise, but at different times of the day.
In this video, we realize that people's routines are similar at time, work, or school. But each routine is differentiated by its environment and the person. It is interesting to identify with people you do not know but who are similar to you.
I admire people who have an established routine, my days are a bit chaotic, due to the number of projects and activities to do. The only thing I can control is the schedule of classes or workshops I am enrolled in.
Isaure's typical day is the same like my student life before the pandemic. John's routine is very busy with family and work. the last three routines are interesting.
