I don't agree with much of what's being said in the video, these tips are just shallow and childish.
In The 1st advice the narrator said, - “learn the needs and weaknesses of other humans and attack them there and with this they'll respect you.”
- First of all humans are actual people, who have their own story, emotions and journey, they're not creatures to be conquered, be empathetic and kind towards people and don't tolerate people who are being jerks!
- Respect is earned through actions, efforts and achievements and using manipulation and non-sensical ways to achieve that is just a shallow advice because these tips and tricks are only going to create flimsy transactional relationships which may help in you temporarily but will have negative consequences in the long term.
- Reality is far too complex and nuanced than the simple dumb down version of complex stories that this narrator provides. Understand that nobody is alike, try to understand people first than form an opinion of them. Learn about them but not to use that against them that's just plain awful but actually learning about someone, their behaviours will save you from actual assholes out there.
Don't get stuck in these ideas of trickery, show your authentic self, there should be substance in your character, don't try to impress anybody, not chase anybody and know that you can never control anybody.
