    Great workout video for someone like Viktor Axelsen. The intensity brings a big guy like him to the stamina and level of the worlds best players. You simply have to be everywhere on court early and in position to attack at any given moment. Inspiring for any young player aspiring to get to the next level, no matter how high. Cheers!

    many not know the best player need the best coach. we can see the coaches throwing or hitting the shuttles just a normal things. but it actually quite difficult. to have the right timing to throw or hit, accuracy to where to place the shuttle to, and many more. not to mentiong they have the ability to hold many shuttles at once and prepare a shuttle at one time..coaches do these things that look so easy to do..my 2 cent

    As per my opinion this is good training session, but only hard-work and good coaching will give fruitful results. Otherwise there are thousand player are at the same level, lack of good coaching they are not able to achieve the required result and their life is spoiled.

      It's a doubles shot, most of the top double players do this when switching from backhand grip because it's faster than switching to the forehand from the backhand
