Something I should have mentioned! This can be used in caves that contain corruption. Pulling enemies into non-corrupted areas. Pretty useful early on or if you don't have a potion to fix the build up.
I actually made good use of this is ghost pass. Anywhere there is corruption you can pull enemies out and fight them in none corrupted space. Super useful in the early game.
Bro this is some seriously top-tier advice for making cripplingly-difficult caves on certain builds an absolute cakewalk. Great discovery, and thanks for sharing!
Sleep right outside the clocktower area in the antique platoue and you can get ambushed over and over by bloody beasts. They don't' always drop dark stones but they do often enough.
Very nice one, new thing discovered 😃 May be you could - as another trick - make a video about farming elemental particules (for the ones struggling...) and mostly the Antique Plateau great tower clock puzzle which will grant you with S^%&T loads of elemental particules 😉🤗 . Of course at the end , you may lack purifying quartz , so a little travel to Caldera inside the Chalcedony cavern , then catching the Quartz Elemental by its two little rear paws will do the thing 😉
The cheese part doesn't really fit no, but it is cool they ambush you without additional enemy spawns. In fact what's really funny is sleeping right where and enemy can't quite see you but guarding so he never ambushes you. 8 hour nap, no chance this enemy will walk around the corner lol
as someone who's just now getting into this game, i've gotta say i love that you're still making so much content for it. it's gonna take me a while to get through the back log. i do have on question, though. my apologies if you already have a video like this, but what are some of the easiest methods for making silver early on? i'm aware of some of the trickier methods, but in DE it seems like they've nerfed some of the early game 'farms' so now if i want to farm silver i just clear a particular route in northwest chersonese, craft what i can from that and sell it all. could you do a break down of what's actually efficient if i'm not doing what's already the simplest?
Glad you are enjoying the vids. To answer you simply, crafting. Crafting weapons from materials you can find lying around can make you rich fast. Also looting Ornate chests will reward you with expensive loot. Especially in Caldera. That place is a gold mine. Here is my money making guide if you are interested: ua-cam.com/video/T0zEeWmFvig/v-deo.html
Man over 500 hours in and im still learning new things because of you. Any tips to make Ancient Dwellers easier? Trying to kill the breath of darkness but they 2 piece me regardless of my totems. Thanks! Praise Sheenshots the new Ellat of Outward 💯
Well those things are beasts lets just admit to that. Their only real weakness in impact. If you are able to get them down you take a sec to get back up. My advice? Brace is huge, confusion is huge, and lightning is huge. I prefer to use skycrown mace against them with a lighting imbue. That weapon has crazy impact. And your main goal is to be as aggressive as possible. Range is actually where they win which doesn't seem like the case. You need to bait their two hit melee attack and right after start attacking. Just watch for the vortex ability because that's when you dodge backward like three times.
I'm on my first play through. Still figuring out what playstyle suits me (your channel has been invaluable!) but gravitating towards your Mana Knight build from about year ago. Is that still viable? There was no weapon mentioned in that build, does it rely solely on the runic blade? Or is there something I should pick up as a backup?
That build I made relied on the mana blade entirely. HOWEVER, the major weakness of that weapon is you can't deal any stagger damage. So grab Gep's blade as backup. Its in Caldera and might take a bit to get, but easily in the top 5 best Outward weapons. Also glad you found the channel!
@@SheenShots Thanks man, much appreciated. Wasn't sure if I wanted to go full mage (Fire Sigil + flint and steel has cheesed me through most of the early game :) ) but a mage / melee hybrid looks more fun. The only downside to your build videos (and I've watched A LOT) Is you make EVERY build sound THE BEST build 😁
I didn't know about that one. Nice little trick. Are the pulled spawns radom or the closest ones? Do they spawn in their group even if one was pulled afar? Is there a spawn for the whole group even if one was already killed?
Based on my experience, the pulled spawns seem to be random. Most of the time if an enemy is paired up they will be pulled together, but not always. Kind of a flip of the coin there. If you kill one enemy in a group then sleep to pull enemies, that one will not respawn. I believe that answers your questions. Its kind of a trial and error process, but I have a pretty good idea of how it works at this point.
Thanks! Yes the dominator will work wonders. The only downside with the build is it doesn't kill that fast. So if you replace the tsar halberd with the dreamer you would wreck everything. The tsar halberd still works though and deals way more impact.
@@SheenShots Thank you very much! Even without understanding any English your videos still help me a lot LOL. Which builds that don't need the legacy chest do you recommend the most?
Hmmm could you use this in the cabal of wind temple in Enmerkar, to draw everything into the death pit? Without running around in the corrupted area. That unique illuminator is particularly troublesome
This might be possible. I never thought about it that way. I will agree that guy refuses to enter the middle 90% of the time. Sometimes I just kill him now because he loves to hide in the back.
It's just how the game works, but you don't really think about it this way. I tried it in several different caves and its amazing. Gotta be careful in Caldera though... the tough enemies over there suck to get ambushed by if you aren't ready. Had to fight two boro and two medese at the same time. Suffice to say it did not go well lol

The Northern Wendigo Build: -Skill Trees: Cabal Hermit, Warrior Monk, Rogue Engineer -Weapons: Brand, Gilded Shiver of Tramontane ( Use Manticore dagger if you don't have DLC) -Armor: Master Desert Veil, Adventurer Armor with Spirit of cierzo enchant, Crimson Plate boots (legacy them from the blue changer faction) -Faction: Heroic Kingdom for more damage This build focuses on frost damage to destroy enemies quickly. You attack using your dagger skill from behind and then apply chill and pain with brand. Opportunist stab should make short work of enemies after you do the first two steps. Use flash onslaught from warrior monk to apply confusion for even more damage. Should be very ninja like and very high damage. Hope you enjoy!

Very true!
You also don't have to worry about weather effects in Caves.

@@SheenShots Build two handed horror weapons they sell for 700 silver each.
I wouldn't have thought about this, I learned something new. Could be handy in some situations.
For certain caves it can make it a lot easier to reach enemies, especially if you really don't like where they are placed.
I didn't know that. It's pretty cool that the game doesn't just make enemies appear out of nowhere.
I agree. More immersion is always better.
Clever idea, just hope you dont pull 3 of the hardest monsters at once, with one being the special elite monster.
