I like making Nigri sushi without the rice... So basically strips of raw fish dipped in wasabi and soy sauce. I know wasabi and soy sauce aren't technically carnivore but I'm not a total purist.
Oh and I made my own jerky recently too. Dehydrators are cheap to buy these days.
If we're not excluding cheese, I make a pork loin stuffed with cream cheese that has a little dry ranch mix in it. Then I smoke it on the kamado grill.
      Other ideas?

16 HR fast broken with one pound of thick cut bacon baked in oven at 375 for 30 minutes. Coupled with 3 eggs is meal one. A rib eye comes a couple hours later. I'm in love with eating this way, I love the beef, thank you Jesus for this way of life. I keep my carbs under 30 grams a day except for Sunday (PANCAKE DAY!) and have lost 15 lbs in 4 weeks. Amazing lifestyle change.

Hello Mr. Bell. I'm an 18 year old who was attempting to my ability to do carnivore last year, I ate mostly burger meat and eggs. I felt absolutely amazing, stomach health wise, joint and back wise. And my high school year started and I fell off, from stress and doing school work. It is definitely the best "diet" but more of a lifestyle I've had in my life so far and honestly I felt amazing everyday mentally and physically. I only ate dinner, so one meal a day and then switched to two meals a a day. Coming off it, you really realize how crappy you feel not eating the way. I'm starting to go back on it and doing lots of walking. I pull muscles easily, and my mother has scoliosis and I haven't been told yet if I also have it but I have back problems so I lift weights in small amounts moderately to not cause and injury and put myself back. I really appreciate the work you do, promoting this lifestyle and really helping me find a way to live to feel great about myself again.

You can get a sous vide machine to cook steak so you don't mess up the temperature. It's so easy and they are not that expensive. I personally don't use it, but my friend does. I prefer my steak extra rare, so I just sear it in beef tallow cast iron pan for 1.5 minute each side.
Another thing I like to do is ground up beef heart, calf liver, and kidneys in a food processor then mix it into ground beef burgers. They taste really good and you get extra nutrients from the organs.

A carnivore diet builds muscles, skin, blood, bone,...you will look healthy and people will want to know how. If you put a few hours per week into something like weekly cutting the yard, walking maybe two miles per week, or riding the bike in the neighborhood,...just a small amount of exercise does wonders for both anyone who is on carnivore.

The problem becomes if you’re allergic to pepper or certain spices. Most sausages and hot dogs and stuff have spices in it that they don’t list and just say “ spices “. Or if you’re allergic to eggs somehow. Sausages and hot dogs tend to have nitrates and nitrites in them and it’s hard to find good ones.

I went carnivore for mental health reasons (autism/bipolar2), and have been off all meds for several years now. It's been the best moodstabilizer...with no nasty side effects! I'm on disability, which gives people with issues such as diabetes, crohn's, hypertension, wheat/dairy allergies, etc. a "special diet allowance" of up to several hundred dollars, because sugar free jam costs more than regular jam. Infuriatingly, mental health reasons don't make the list of what is an acceptable reason to be on a special diet. The pittance I live on, and the price of meat doubling in the last couple of years means I eat ground beef and eggs that have been reduced to sell before expiring. I dream of a day when I can enjoy steak and fresh salmon. Food is just fuel for the machine anymore. Not that I'm complaining. I wouldn't trade my sanity for the world!

Liver and beef heart are basically super foods. They reduce my cravings because the nutrients are very absorbable. Another tip I have is to watch for hyper-palatability: if you are plateauing on carnivore.. sometimes spices can allow me to eat far more than I would with less spices. Also, careful with pork products, there is a poorer ratio of omega 6 to omega 3 fat than cow organs and meats. Omega 6 is what allows fat cells to expand almost til they burst whereas omega 3 fats keep the Krebs cycle in your mitochondria healthy and producing the right amount of energy for your body. In that regard, eliminate all seed oils from your diet (they are everywhere in processed foods and vegetable oil is cheap to cook in but very bad for your health). Seed oils (canola, safflower, sunflower, etc) are basically poison, they have such high levels of omega 6. Seed oils (or PUFAs) were started when Industrialists wanted to figure out what to do with left over cotton seeds from the cotton production process. Eventually they processed them, deodorized them, clarified them and stabilized them into Crisco. Then they ran a marketing campaign to dump their waste product into the food supply!

How to identify if product has seed oils? Will it usually just say so? Or is it given some random science name to confuse most fatties like me

@@bstring3967 I try to eat them as rare as possible. Only lightly seared for beef heart and liver can be eaten raw. Today marks day 90 for me on Carnivore. I'm down 42 lbs from a starting weight of 525 lbs. I've had my slipp ups along the way. But watching this reminds me of the beauty of the carnivore WOE. It's what YOU make of it.Through trial and error, you figure out what works for you. For me, I can't wutilize daily as much as I'd like because too much will immediately lead me back to craving carbs. I'm okay with seasonings and some processed meats. And doing brokeboy carnivore like I am, that's a huge win. Hot dogs, deli meat, sausages and government pork loins are all a part of my arsenal. Carnivore has finally taught me how to eat to live, not the opposite

Appreciate the helpful information, Mark. One item I allow on carnivore, if I have an insatiable sweet tooth, is cottage cheese mixed with Quest vanilla shake whey protein powder. It's delicious; tastes like vanilla cheese cake, and is very filling. It's high protein, low calorie, and very satiating. I highly recommend. I use Daisy cottage cheese.

So many variations on the carnivore WOE! One of our favorite meals (aside from Steak Days) is eye-of-round roast: season well with salt & pepper, sear 2 minutes on each side and ends, then slow roast at 250 degrees until mid-rare. Wonderful hot, but we really like it the next day, cold, thinly sliced. I make a horseradish sauce from full fat sour cream, horseradish, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Ground beef, fried until crumbly, with eggs scrambled in it is one of our quick meals.

is how much physical weight I have to release:

for the sake of my health

    the thing is though...
I realize that I desperately also
hold on to all the excess weight:
    for safety and for comfort.
    dear God, please please please,
help the weight dissolve off of me,

Carnivore pizza with Alfredo sauce. Ground turkey, ground pork rinds, salt and spices, and parmesan for the crust Not strictly carnivore because of the garlic, but way worth it as a way to incorporate approximations of the SAD diet.
Sous vide bacon cheddar burger patties; I make them about 1 pound each. Fry the bacon, bake some cheddar, then chop both and add to the ground beef before sous vide, then reverse sear on grill or with torch. It's pretty good.
Chicken nuggets are always good also. I cut chicken into cubes, then coat them in chicken bouillon paste mixed with butter, then bread then in very finely ground pork rinds mixed with some extra seasonings, then bake really hot on cookie sheet, or broil them. If you get the mix right, and baking time and temp right, they are crazy good; everyone who has tried these has said they were there best chicken they've ever had.
Heavy whipping cream, whipped and then protein shake added into it, then partially frozen.
Smoked salmon ( overcooked to the point of being dry) shredded, and added to medium boiled egg yolks and then mixed with ghee and spices to taste. Makes a great dip, or can be added back into egg white halves. Personally I think it's better as a dip.
Seasoned and smoked cream cheese. Good for dipping with pork rinds.
Pork rinds dipped in softened butter or cottage cheese.
    Meat chips.
