The flight was very good. I only had handluggage. The meals were at least a 9 out of 10!

No hot towels, they served a Kitkat bar ( I forgot to take a foto of it, sorry)for the coffee and later on the Second hot meal

Japan Airlines' 787-9 is way better, they have a 2-4-2 seat config in Economy

Lufthansa Loves Airbus Planes like Finnair and Delta, So the 787 is NOT my favorite aircraft of this airline, I chose the A350 instead. Ethiopian Airlines has more 787 routes than this airline!

dear, to be honest, it was a new type of aircraft for me, so I was fine with it, but I hoped for an A340-300 , which served this route, as we booked it ;-)
