Great vid bud. Just to clarify though, Flex has been around for 100+ years and pre-dates Milwaukee and Dewalt by a few years. They are originally out of Germany and were picked up by Chervon which is why they came out with the 24v cordless line for the states (they have a 18v line that is out of the EU which has been out for a while). They also blew up in the automotive detailing market with their polishers and retailers which are considered some of the best. Interesting fact Flex was the first to bring the angle grinder to market way back in the day.
Very interesting! I didn’t know they have been around that long. I know chervon made them to be there top of the line then they have kobalt and skil. Very interesting I’ll have to check that all out! Thanks for the info and thanks for watching!
They have done a good job especially for coming out of nowhere. They have gained my respect. And I agree they have a nice modular system. Might be best for you they could end up with all your money lol. Thanks for watching brother!
Way to send it Neil! Yeah, being they're both made in China, bang for the buck goes to Amazon off brands. Warranty and other tool selections is where the big 3 tool manufacturers hang their hats. Great video. Lmao at the Milwaukee sound effect. 😂
Thanks Dave! I appreciate you watching! And that’s a great call on your part. I know you have warrantied out a few Milwaukee products. And thanks I thought it was a fitting sound for that 😂. Cheers and god bless friend!
@@themaintenanceman1 cool I’ve thought about getting into them so many times but I literally have 5 different brand platforms and I really can’t keep up with another set of batteries and chargers etc lol.
@tannerwest6823 yeah man I mean hats off to them for coming into the market and being very very competitive but they don’t appeal to me I just got asked to test them
I love Milwaukee but I’ve personally never seen a video where a Milwaukee can outperform a Flex. Sure it’s 24v vs 18v but still, the Flex are some bad mamma jammas
@@tannerwest6823 honestly it’s all personal preference. Hilti is the bees knees to me but after them Milwaukee has by far the best ergonomics and power and lineup BUT there batteries are sloppy. Especially the M12 ones. They might of started the lithium ion battery revolution but there batteries are some of the worst in design and functionality. Just giving my honest opinion brother. As for Flex it’s over engineered and bulky lol

@@themaintenanceman1 Hilti for sure has the best rotary hammers in my opinion although I still prefer an old corded Hitachi
@@tannerwest6823 Bosch is right up at the top as well. But I agree
