Great vlog!!! I think a better term to describe buying anything or getting anything "free" from the school (ex. food, tutoring, library books, copies, a celebrity coming to speak at the students, dorm activities that the RAs host, the gym... ) as "pre-paid" because you've already paid for it in tuition and other fees.
