Materials and Tools used:
1. PES 2017 Callname File .cpk
Note: this program requires visual studio 2013 redistributable for x86_64, which you may or may not have ready. If when running the exe, you get "MSVCP120.dll" is missing, search and download "visual studio 2013" and select "vcredist_x64.exe"

Step By Step
Pes Sound Converter, to change .mp3 files to .wav
notes: Bit Resolution 16 bit, Mono Channel and Sample Rate 48000 Hz Open the extracted Callname PES 2017 .cpk file, look for the "Callnames

acb" folder then copy the 60_ADD.acb file to the "Callnames

5. Next, open the Eternity Audio Tool, click open and look for the 60_ADD.acb file that was copied in the "Callnames

awb" folder earlier.
6. Can be seen in the 0000-0006 track ID is a callnames with the same ID, look at the name, the ID listed is 999990. So it can be replaced the sound that was created earlier for the 0000-0006 track.
7. Now replace file ID 999990 with the sound callname, click Replace, look for the sound callname file, if the notification "Loop?" select Don't loop. Apply the same method. If so, click save.
8. Then return to the "Callnames

Awb" folder File 60_add.acb then Cut (Ctrl+X) and paste it back in the "Callnames

Acb" folder. Don't forget this step.
9. Build the Callnames folder into a .cpk file and copy it into the "download" folder in the PES 2017 installation folder. Open DPfilelist then generate the Callnames.cpk file ➜ Player ➜ Edit Name, then select Commentary Name. Go to "Z" and select "New Player 9990" (for ID 999990 which was replaced earlier), to check the sound click "W" on the keyboard. Finish...
