    Saw Buxton's Edinburgh show in 2005. I was 20 and it was really really good. Such a genuinely underrated talent.

    People assume that Stewart Lee exists in the physical realm, but I've been to one of his gigs, and he is actually a dimension! Who knew?

      His radio voice is like delicious warm honey, wish he'd keep doing it. Loads of his Resonance fm stuff is on www.fistoffun.net. Downloaded it ages ago sorry I can't find it exactly now but the music isnt edited out. He's got incredible music knowledge and taste and is a really great interviewer too.

    Ah, bless you copyright laws. Some of that music was probably really good, but I didn't hear it, so now I can't tell if it's worth buying. I'd imagine that none of it involved Feargal Sharkey, so it's probably all good from his perspective then, yeah?

    I am a huge fan of Mr Lee, but this is 'portentous and dreary', and so much reminds me of jazz Club from Fast Show. sorry Stew, I really apologise.

      The thing about anecdotes, and memories in general, is that they tend to revolve around exceptional circumstances. All the normal, day-to-day stuff isn't particularly memorable or worth talking about.
