Soundsomalier.... You have the best hifi chanel here i lissen on many of your combinations and they are golden... I have to give you my honest opinion.. I never like B&w.. Speakers... There is something i not can put my finger on... It feels werry much like the sound comes from a speaker that the music and singer sit in a werry smal room and sing...... A great speaker or a good hifi stereo make the speaker dissipear and you feel like the singer is in front of you singing in the open room... That sound is what audiofils like me shasing.... Its a sickness that i have control over now... We should sit back and enjoy the music instead of piccking on deatails many people dont know what it is... So sorry for my first complain🙂... You are the best anyway... I know what you have there to play on😁👍have a Nice day..

Как только почти накопил на эти колонки ,они тут же подорожали почти в два раза😢 теперь цена такая,что уж лучше сменить автомобиль😅 И сменить увлечение на что-то по дешевле,гнаться за электроникой с такими ценами нет средств сил и радости уже не приносит,раньше как то от 1000 $ ,уже можно что хорошее приобрести,а сейчас только дрова(в России 2019г эти колонки стоили 290тыс, в 2025 -560тыс.как так )

Question: it looks like the speakers wires are connected +HF & -LF, where as the manual recommends +HF &-HF. Is there any reason why you connect them this way, just asking if there is any benefit? thank you!

I heard this speaker powered with Accuphase E480, It was like there is a curtain between you and sound, didn't like it.
I know the feeling, albeit with different speakers. Once you've treated yourself to highly transparent and resolving speakers, it's easy to tell when you've taken a step back. Not quite so noticeable going forward as it is backwards, IMHO. Has less to do with outright treble energy than people realize. Going from my previous "bright" speakers to a "darker" but higher end (about 2-3x more $$$) speaker was relevatory for me personally. The higher end speaker was like lifting a veil or a clearing of the clouds, so to speak.
Cable management is a mess tho

Every time I ear B&W I always feel that the sound is a little bright and processed, not very natural, despite the good soundstage. For me Q Acoustics are better.

I don’t get it. Why do people upload content like this? What microphone was used? What other equipment/software was used that will colour the sound? This has absolutely no relevance and doesn’t convey in any way what the music will sound like if you are actually sat in front of the speakers.
No editing software. Microphone used is a professional secret of this channel (and it’s a useless information for a listener, unless you know the sound characteristics of every single microphone capsule of the world, or mic preamp, or digital recorder).
Simply get reference headphones such as Sennheiser HD600 and you’ll have a good representation of the speaker’s sound.
In case for you this video still have no relevance, well, you have a choice 👋
