It's after midnight and was watching and I seriously considered sharing this with my work colleagues on WhatsApp. Thanks Vegeta for the well worded and easy to understand info
Watching this video reminded me on all the leaders I had to work under. What I quickly noticed is, that all the good ones, were calm, stoic and very observant. I had my favourite one at a logistic centre I worked at 2 years ago. I had my job interview over there with a secondary boss, so I didn't immediately meet him. I first met him at the end of my 2nd shift, where I was stacking lots of 30kg boxes into a shipping container. I couldn't keep pace with the conveyor system and the boxes piled up way faster than I could stack them. The fact that I was completely out of energy didn't help one bit. At that time I didn't know how the main boss looked like, but instinctively asked him for help. He was a very plain looking guy, almost without any distinguishing features. He also had no crazy amount of muscle mass, but despite that, his speed and strength was unreal. As soon as I asked him, he immediately ran down the conveyor system, jumped into the container and the huge pile of boxes was gone in an instant. I was absolutely speechless after that. Back than we were severely understaffed and the facilities was way too small and outdated. Technical failures were the norm every day and the heavy workload made everyone very agitated. However, no matter how chaotic and dysfunctional everything got, he always brought in order and made everyone work as a team. He was never a big talker, but when he did speak, everyone went silent and listened carefully. He had a talent of giving very direct orders and none of his words felt wasted. He was also very good at allocating people where they are needed the most. Whenever there was a high stress situation, he was almost always present, despite the fact, that he has to do lots of office and administrative work alongside. Sometimes it feels like he is a looming shadow watching over you. During the holiday season of 2021 we also had a lockdown, which meant that most people ordered online, which also meant double work for us. Our team was completely exhausted and mentally fried and almost always had to do at least 4 hours of overtime every day. However our boss always stayed calm and even cracked jokes at the most miserable moments. Always laugh more about the absurdity of the situation, than the joke itself. One day we were so far behind schedule that we still had 2 massive containers to process, when we should have finished half an hour ago. That day one of the delivery drivers, a very reliable and hardworking guy, completely snapped and ranted at my boss, with max volume, for about 15 minutes. Talking about, how this is all unacceptable, that people are already waiting for him, that he has to work till midnight to get it all done, that the amount of packages is unreasonable and that he has to load his Mercedes Sprinter at least 3 times, to make everything fit. My boss took it all without flinching and calmly said: "ok, I'm working on it". I'm just realising that I never ever saw him angry. To this day, I haven't figured out how this guy operates and it's not so that he is a very distant guy. You could very easily call him if you have a problem and is surprisingly easy to talk to. All of that is not that long ago, but already feels like a vivid dream.
@@PrinceVegetaMotivation He was a big inspiration for me since the first day I met him. Most of the staff felt the same. One guy even said, he would have quite this job long ago, if it wasn't for him. He not only made this job bareable, he also motivated many people to work really really hard. No matter how hard you think you're working, you are not even getting half way close to what our boss was doing at all times. If I could even learn some of his skills, I would be very happy. I hope I'm not annoying you too much here, it's just really hard to do this guy justice.
This hits so much different than a regular LinkedIn course or some TedTalk, they aren't wrong anyhow, however knowing Vegeta and hearing those words + the amazing edit just makes the words sink in differently. I would love to have a similar channel with Madara's voice!!
It's strange, I can see most of those traits in me yet I don't see myself as a leader. The one amongst them I struggle with would be confidence. Thanks for giving me a trait to focus on, Prince Vegeta.
Absolutely amazing! Love u vegeta and the work you put into your videos to help the weak minds i hipe to be an even stronger leader in your discord aswell as in band i hope to be in leadership
Sup, dude ! At first I thought this was a joke channel, but your videos helped me get through my porn addiction, low confidence, and I actually feel like talking to women. Can you, or do you have a video that motivates me to work out more ? Thanks a lot. And I mean, A LOT. I already have a BURNING passion for working out, no matter how hot the temperature is, or how much I'm panting. Even when I'm done with my schedule, I still have a desire to keep going.

That was a leader that had all the qualities I spoke about in this video. It might have been natural to him.. or something he had learned.

is it wired I am taking notes on this video?
I have most of these qualities. I now know why people are fond of me.. These were natural to me
I like it without the sound effects, they make it sound silly
