Just an idea: There's a Heartstopper novella called This Winter that's set on Christmas day and has Tori, Charlie and Oliver's points of view. I wouldn't reccomend reading it until after finishing the whole Heartstopper series but it's a really fun short story (less than 100 pages)
I also always just buy the first book of a series and if I like it I buy the rest and if I don't I just don't bother with it. I love drinking la croix thou so good
