10:05 something that works extremely well for me with notes to the subconscious like shifting frequency: we established a pause buffer, meaning I imagine what I want and the recipient of the energy/message/idea, then take a deep breath to activate it - by making the trigger a *physical breath it gives the ego-mind enough of the decision process for it to just allow it as if it was the decider, like pressing the button.

I have a burning question for the
Attract Passion Fam;
I have been experiencing physical effects for a while: can't eat much food and only certain things, having burning, painful itching in certain parts of my body, been waking up From sleep with a jolt and soaking wet with sweat, have been experiencing anxiety and depression with crying for no reason, not being able to sleep for more than three to four hours, and am very exhausted at this time, and feeling isolated and entirety on my own; everyone I try to reach out to and everywhere I seek community, I get nowhere, so am being compelled to sit in nature, but yearn for a home, that isn't here. feeling like I'm fading despite focusing on and mediating positive things towards myself.
Maybe it's because my partner and I are facing homelessness within a couple months and will be selling all we have, to reduce all our possessions down to two backpacks of just what we need l. Am grateful and have surrendered to what will come because it must be part of the process
I can say honestly I have been experiencing all of the same exact symptoms you have. However, I have not resigned myself to an exterior fate. You say you have "surrendered to what will come", as if you are a slave to a certain negative fate that is your destiny.
I refuse to accept that myself and demand that life obey me because before abraham was, "I am". In fact abraham never was he is a myth and I am real, so I trust what our Creator says to me in my heart more than words in a book about a person who never existed, which is interpreted 180 degrees backwards by all secular churches.
You say, "feeling like I'm fading despite focusing on and mediating positive things towards myself". "Feeling is the key" and you need to put yourself in a place of feeling every day where your imagination creates the future that is best for you. Living on the streets in backpacks is unacceptable. Refuse this negative feeling and visualize you and your partner overcoming your current financial difficulties, rebounding from your current condition into a much higher lifestyle.
Dear friend , Gasper says, "Do not lose faith. You will overcome this difficulty .the trick is to call back your SPIRIT . The first step is believing in Yourself and trusting Universe . Yes - tough thing to do. I am experiencing similar symptoms. My stress is different from yours and Gasper helps me a LOT. He strengthens me with his wisdom, 😇 positivity, and caring heart. Do not let yourself get into victim mode. CALL YOUR SPIRIT BACK😊

I feel that my life is undergoing changes, but does this hold true for everyone else?
I just want you to know being awake sucks it is the most worst thing I've ever been in my life and I can't go back to God because he's just going to ignore me this whole thing is situation is so bad there's bad energy things are just poking at me and touching on me it's too much and now I'm in a bind and it's all because I thought and I believed in the universe and I can think good thoughts and be riding and do right and be loved and maybe they were right this is all the wrong thing to do

Don't know, not sure what it is I should be looking for to know if it is working. When you are in poverty the only external factors in your life are negative. You can't be excited about not knowing if you are going to eat. Knowing that the food you do get is extremely harmful. When you watch everyone else around you enjoy life but you have to get permission just to live.
