Heres the deal with The 9th Circle this comes from the audio commentary for the movie. All Hallows Eve 2013 non spoilers just a timeline an side details. In 2008 Damien Leone made a short film called The 9th Circle. Its the first appearance of a nameless clown. Then in 2011 he made another short film called Terrifier. In that one that nameless clown got a new look and an a name Art. Then he made the movie All Hallows Eve 2013 in that movie he used the short films The 9th Circle an Terrifier. As short films or stories in All Hallows Eve an he made a new one in 2013. Because he needed 3 short films for the movie. Then he centered the wrap around story around Art. In this a different person played Art.
Nothing in All Hallows Eve 2013 is cannon. Its all test ideas on film only made years apart as he was working on. The clown character basically in this he tried that an in that he tried this. Kinda thing because he was trying to get a full length movie made called The 9th Circle. But that never happened so he gave up on it.
Then he started to write a all new story centered on Art the official cannon start of Art the Clowns story. That starts in Terrifier 2016 that is confirmed on the audio commentaries for Terrifier 2016 and Terrifier 2 2022. On both audio commentaries Damien Leone himself clearly says. That the Terrifier movies starting with Terrifier 2016 have nothing to do with anything from All Hallows Eve 2013 in any way shape or form.
It is still worth watching All Hallows Eve 2013. To see the ruth ideas that would eventually become fully finished and then. Used in Terrifier 2016 and after tho.
Immediately clicked. Also Sienna gained some supernatural abilities when she died and was brought back to life in the last film. It’s why she’s able to fight Art even after he’s smashed her hands.
She is literally a Valkyrie or warrior angel. So she can take alot more damage and keep on going.

I love that Xmas mug Kim, too cute! The sword is officially blessed. The blessing happened the night her dresser and wings caught fire. Whoever wields the blessed sword with intentions to defeat evil is protected even healed if need be in order to defeat evil. Maybe the family is preordained given that her father was given visions(from god?) that Sienna’s destiny is to foil the evil that is attached to Art. I’m sure during the 5 years Jonathan did intensive research on the subject and maybe found a way to enter hell itself, at which point he freaked out and decided to let it all go and distance himself from it all. The next movie Sienna will have to enter hell maybe with the help of Jonathan somehow (dreams/visions, his notebooks), Gabbi has the sword so she is “safe”. It will be a wild!
