yes, he does speak english he had a dual citizenship (UK and korea) so he has lived around english speaking people, so he should be able to understand.
Wow I love the harmony between the different instruments.. Its beautiful.. But I have a question.. does he speak English? We have to write a letter to one of our favorite artists or musicians for English class..and of course hes my favorite of all time. But I'm wondering if he speaks any English or would that be impossible?
