Energetic, positive and VERY kind. It is an honor and a pleasure to know you Igor. All the best to you Igor and your family. Congratulations, well deserved!
Great show. It's a cool opportunity for management to really get to know their company and the unsung stars who make things happen. HIs own franchise...awesome!!
I came from this country but from a very poor family. I worked on a farm seven days a week hard labor from age 15 to put myself through college. I've always gone above and beyond, wroking far harder than Igore could ever imagine. I have to say, I never got a handout like my own business handed to me on a silver platter. It's a shame executives think only people from other countries deserve a break when there are very hard working and very poor people living right here who could use a break.
Don't look in your neighbor's bowl to see if you have more than them, only look to make sure they have enough. I hope over the last 10 years you've gained some more humility and are doing well
I disagree they probably see each other every day but for only a short time. My husband and I work together but in different areas so I see him a few times at work every day, we drive to work together and go home together. Also we have the same days off together we are basically together all the time and we’re so happy :) Marry not only a husband but somebody you’re very good friends with.
@@courtneyhawkins4072 Not all relationship is as perfect as yours. Some needs the element of "missing your love" to get it going. Burn out relationship is toxic

@SolsticeRyosake And if you're living alone, in a one room apartment, the rent where i live is about 2500 minimum in swedish, electricity, internet, phone etc, is not included, so if u have a bad job here in sweden, u'd be left with at max 500 US a month, and we are having issues even getting a job these days, 27% of the 18-23 y olds here are unemployed, just to put things into perspective, and This man Igor is what every job needs in my opinion.
So when a man has to go away for 3-6 months for an off shore job to support his family that makes him a bad husband? or when a soilder has to leave for months?...
@ilovechairmanmeow ur trippin about the "table scraps" thing. He gave the dude his own store...he didnt have to use any of his own capital to start it...wtf...this dude is going to be rich. He already works hard. Im more than sure they trained him in anything he didnt already know...Id say that's more than table scraps. You're right about that other stuff though.
@DanW900 Actually, 40 hours a week, is a 100% time job, adding to 160 a month, this also depends on what kind of work you do, but take people like my father for example, works up to 80 hours a week at times, sometimes i've seen even more hours in the books, but then again, here in Sweden we have an AAAA economy unlike the US at present, a shitty salery here, for working 40h a week is about 10-11k swedish after taxes, which ads up at current, 1505 US, at current rates
@FitHope "Bitching" makes it sound less effective. It should be seen as raising awareness. Attempting to wake people up. To help people understand that the country isn't doing well at all, and that they should not be okay with that. I mean, if you really look at our political system, everything starts with someone "bitching".
@@IG2212 I once came across a casting page for the production company. One of the many requirements are looking for a company that has X amount of employee's then it says something about having each employee right a letter on why they would like to appear on tv while doing their job. So i'm sure that's how the CEO picks employee's out.
My father has a "story of America" He came here with nothing and made himself more than something. He built an empire, something that can support me and my family for more than 2 generations. I feel so so privileged to live this life and to have him as my dad. Thank you dad, you may not read this but I just have to say it.
I was humbled by this guy. I immediately implemented changes in my Company as l was taking my workforce for granted, did not see what they gave up to get jobs done outside of their remit.
He reminds me of my grand parents, who fled to Japan from China during WW2. They weren't able to speak Japanese but they learned by themselves, opened a restaurant and gained success. My grandma use to tell me when i was a child that if you are body integrity you can do anything. The will power is all that amtters.
While I was watching this I was thinking to myself I hope this guy gets around a $10,000 bonus but then he got his own franchise location and that’s worth a hell of a lot more than $10,000.
This really put things in perspective for me. I'm a big crying mess right now. What a great story of hard work and dedication, but the one thing that stood out to me was Igor saying that we take things forgranted. He's right. Most of us don't know how good we have it. We rely on people like Igor to remind us--and I'm thankful he did so! Best of luck to him and his new business!
Interseting comments here, but very informative. It makes me (for once) happy to be a Brit (all of it, not just England), 37.5 hours working week and 33 days annual leave (holidays). Hardly third world as some have commented. God bless Igor all the same. An inspiration, but also, it seems that him and his like are open to exploitation because of their enthusiasm and spirit..
If all imigrants where like Igor the world would be a better place! Someone who is thankful to the country that took him in! You don´t see that to often!
Menghini that's because they get kicked out by ICE making innocent mistakes and modern USA is about permit tyranny so u get spinsters and paper runners not hustlers as a common core immigrant. In my Gramps day in USA, u went in with torn shirt and pants hidden in a cargo ship and u retired on top of Hollywood hills with a business under ur belt and a local family to boot. Today, that hustler would be deported by ICE.
Menghini there are millions Igor of Asian nationalities (South East, East, Central) in the Middle East but unfortunately Middle Eastern OWNERS and CEOs have only SLAVERY in their minds.
