1. There r two types of blocks hollow blocks and solid blocks. Hollow blocks are good only for pardiyaan ya partitioning walls and not good for load bearing purpose so if u r using blocks in a house for load bearing puspose then go for solid blocks only. In that case obviously price is higher then bricks. But for partitioning blocks are cheaper
2. For earthing system talk to u, r electrician he will lay extra green or yellow cable throughout the house with all light plugs and power plugs and then connect them to u, r db and will put all earthing load upto two earthing rods which should be drilled down into u,r front lawn outside u, r boundry wall.

Bro there r 2 types and 2 usages. 1 is that we use them at ramps and rough floorings. Second is for brick masonry. For brick masonry these are not suitable as they don.t have the capability to stick cement mortar with good grip. Especially jab gass cooked bricks with plane surface aati hain toh wo bricks aapas main achi grip nahi kerti thats why not good for usage issi liye zada baray level pe inko use ni kiya jata.. u will see very rarely used in construction business.
