The succulent creature is very cute, maybe it's related to the mandrake lol can't believe you're able to get in crocheting while you're packing every thing up.
There are times where it gets too overwhelming and I just have to sit and crochet. Although to be fair, the bobcat only took a couple of evenings and then the Sunday to sew him up, and most of the dragon was already made, just needed putting together and all the extra bits with beads which I mostly did at my local yarn shop on Saturday lol. I've got some travel crochet time coming up this week so I'm looking forward to working on Frida now :)
It's working up lovely and I'm looking forward to wearing it to once finished. I wasn't sure at first but having now seen it on, I'm very happy with it 😊
I began the Cande Jumper but found the pattern hard to make sense of. I am not one to easily give up but after about 6 hrs of trying and retrying I caved in. I see it was of great help to you having done a similar pattern before. What was the name of that pattern please? Perhaps those instructions are much clearer.
Hi there, so sorry to hear you didn't get on with the cande. I did get stuck on the ribbing to begin with but persevered and am glad that I did. The shawl pattern with the similar lace pattern is the 'Rainforest Retreat Shawl'. I enjoyed it so much I've made 3 and am about to start a 4th too. I hope you enjoy the pattern too x
