Hi Thoreon. I've tried to join your server, but the 'verify' button press is just saying 'this interaction failed' and will not let me even ask for help either. I've had the account on discord for years and its even been phone verified, so not sure why the bot won't let me actually join? Thanks.
One of the most useful Autobuild tricks is to build a little pile of mundane things, like apples or zonaite. And then use them as a "harvester." I just run around any area with trees and gather apples easily.
It works with apples. But any other build I made with mushrooms, honey, pinecones, eggs and other ingredients was not saved in autobuild history. I tried a handful of different things but so long as there was at least one ingredient it would not show up in autobuild history (aside from apples).
I love how you edit these videos of yours. They're so creative, especially the way you use stuff in-game for your counting. I seriously wish I had your level of creativity!
For the one about using ice slabs in the depths, you could probably use frozen meat instead. When fusing it to a shield it has almost zero friction and it should work on the surface as well
Does Frozen Meat on a Shield or Weapon also give an ice attack that freezes enemies? If so that would be PERFECT for a shield as it would give you both an Ice attack AND a good Shield Surfing shield! Do you happen to know if ice type things on a shield is more slick than say, a Mine Cart? Which actually works better for Shield Surfing? Been using Mine Carts all this time & wondering if Ice is actually better.
@@Xanthomelania How bout different kinds of meat? I see a lot of footage of ppl using Prime Meat, but what about a regular raw meat? Is it not as slick?
The one thing that bugs me is the limit on how many builds we can favorite. A lot of machine parts can't be found in gacha machines and so the easiest way to get a cage or an explosive barrel on the spot is to expend a favorite slot for it. 8 is just not enough.
You can try making a slot that's just a bunch of unique parts stuck together. But that is a hassle and would consume a lot of zonaite remaking the entire thing for just a single part you want.
@@Invisifly2 I don't think that would work, I'm pretty sure if you try to detach something to an autobuild creation it just disappears, you can only add to them
@@nohaijiachiiI think it depends what you built. The part you wiggle off does disappear, but you could maybe do it the way around and pull away anything you don't need and be left with what you wanted?
I guess it would be less time to break your unique part pile down into what you actually need than to go back to whatever shrine it spawns in and grab a fresh one
Extremely informative. I love the numerical transitions. Your voice is soothing and appealing. There's no unnecessary fluff to your videos, yet they have a lot of charm and personality. I especially like the radical clips you start and end with. Great job!
I absolutely loved seeing your last TotK tricks video get so much attention, I really hope this one blows up too. Because your tips are *incredibly* helpful and creative, and could not deserve that amount of attention more! (Also that transition at 2:00 is legitimately one of the cleanest transitions I've ever seen, your editing skills are absolutely astounding)
Ice can be freely built with in most caves. No pesky sunlight to melt it. I found this especially helpful in those rainy caves with slippery walls everywhere.
Highest quality on two levels: Creative/unique content Composition of Video AND there's no filler! Just really good, i'll watch every new vid you put out for totk
Those transitions are top freaking notch! I subscribed not just because of that but that was definitely a factor. Excellent narration and tips as well!
For getting a Korok around, I found the air bike (fan in back and front of the steering stick) the easiest. You just need to know where to put the Korok. Best to put it right in front of the steering stick at the back of the fan in front, close to you. While still not too stable, it isn't hard to get the hang of flying with the extra weight there.
Just a tidbit about number 1. Many of the parts can also be fused to weapons to take them out of shrines, unfortunately tho, many of them dont function when fused, just like some of the standard Zonai parts. You can make the electric battery smaller by fusing it to a weapon and it will still function along with the buoyant items from other shrines. The battery keeps its capacity when smaller, discharges & recharges all the same, meaning you can make your shock traps last longer by using more fused electric batteries (they have 15s of charge each)
thank you for this vid! While I've already watch a lot of how-tos for building crazy things, this is the first that showed me where to get a lot of things and how to get them into autobuild.
This is great! A lot of the "obscure builds" videos show repeats of different tricks, but I hadn't seen any of these 5 before! So cool. Thanks so much.
Hell YES. I had NO idea about using shrine parts like the fan blades and electric tower. Ive been seeing them in some of the cool build videos but nobody ever explains it! Thank you good sir! Great vid. Love the overelaborate count down!
Huh. I thought, based on the length of the video and the low number of tips, that it would be really drawn out and low effort, but you actually went into usueful detail when appropriate and clearly put a lot of work into this. Nice job! Thanks for the tips!
The in-game numbers were a really creative touch, and this vid did not disappoint. So many videos purport to show something interesting/unique/hidden when really it's something basic that most people have figured out already.
I appreciate your creativity in displaying the numbers. First three tips were good, last two were lackluster though. The simple hoverbike made of two fans and a steering stick trumps most of the exhaustible vehicles. And saving korok builds mighta been a good idea... if we weren't limited to a measly 8 favorites.
Great video, and the way you are creatively introducing the numbers is very appreciated. I know every single one of those setups takes quite the time. Far more than it would be justified in a rational sense, but that is dedication.
This is the most brilliant Zelda TotK build video I’ve seen yet! VERY talented - talk about thinking outside the box! I would love to see whatever else you come up with. It would be great if you could do 5 part series where you do a deep dive into each of the 5 different sections. I would gladly watch the entire series!
Your shrine steal tip (the fan): someone made a stake-based gattling gun with it. Your set up, with the shock emit, 4 lasers on each blade. Fried a Gleeok with it. Another tip: items have a despawn distance from Link. If you go too far your stuff will despawn. They vary. And one item in the game has a 200ft radius for despawn proofing: dragon scales. Builds check the part with highest despawn radius. So...slap a dragon scale on your build and it basically won't be despawning unless you load out (fast travel or shrine)
Okay i've seen plenty of videos, but the added effort for the numbers, the cute ending item, the overall creativity... that deserves an instant subscribe.
I knew all of these except for the ice platforms bit. I just gotta say my favourite part is the creative ways you do the countdown numbers in this video
I am blown away by the quality of this video. The transitions and creativity for the numbers together with great narrating. I haven't been this impressed by a single video in a long time. You've just earned yourself a new subscriber!
When new games come out, everyone seems to rush into mass producing content about the game without actually knowing anything more than a surface level. Congratulations on being the first with in depth, clever, and well presented useful info! Subslibed.
Nice to see creative transitions and tight editing! I'm a video editor. I don't usually see this type of video production for your average game videos. Keep it up! 😎
This was greatly educational! Really appreciate the ideas that help make autobuild feel like a powerful magic to just pull whatever you need for a situation. Additionally, this was the most creative format I've seen for Totk. I've seen similar in other stuff, but definitely not near the same effort or creativity you showcased. Fantastic editing and skill!
Talking about the slipperyness of Ice, if you fuse it to a shield, you get a super fast surfing shield, but it will thaw out after a while, unless you freeze some fish or meat. Frozen Fish and Meat is just as slippery as Ice, but does not thaw out over time, unlike Ice blocks.
