Bro, the food taste sometimes depends on how you wash the ingredients/items before cooking. Suppose if you wash fish and vegetable many times it won’t taste as better as little washed. That might be a reason why the less expensive restaurant’s foods always taste more than the expensive one. Because as we all know less expensive restaurants try save expenses by reducing use of water & time on washing items before cooking. It’s actually good most of the time because the taste and nutritions remains in the food.

কিছু বন্ধু ক্লাসে প্রচন্ড তৃষ্ণায় পানি চাইলে বলতো ,"স্যরি দোস্ত'....বোতলে মুখ দিয়ে খেয়েছি।আর কোন কোন বন্ধু ব্যাগ থেকে সব বই খাতা নানান বেঞ্চে ছড়িয়ে ছিটিয়ে রেখে বন্ধুদের জন্য সীট ধরে রাখতো। পরীক্ষার শেষ পাঁচ মিনিটে রি-এরেঞ্জটা দেখালে হয়তো অন্য বন্ধুর পাশমার্কটা উঠে যায় ... কিন্তু কিছু বন্ধু থাকে দেখবে বলে এমন মূহুর্তে খাতা জমা দিয়ে গনগন করে হেঁটে চলে যায় আবার কিছু কিছু বন্ধু থাকে নিজের উপর রিক্স নিয়ে শেষ মিনিট পর্যন্ত বন্ধুর কাছে নিজের এক্সট্রা পেজগুলো দিয়ে রাখে । কোন কোন বন্ধু অন্য বন্ধুর বিপদে ধার দেওয়া লাগবে বলে ফোন বন্ধ করে রাখে ... আবার কোন বন্ধু নিজের সব সেভিংস ভেঙে প্লেনের টিকিট কিনে বন্ধুর হাতে ধরিয়ে দিয়ে বলে ,ব্যাটা ... জাপান যা ! ডিগ্রিটা নিয়েই ফিরিস । কোন কোন বন্ধু অন্য বন্ধুর প্রেমিকাকে নিজের করে নেয় ।এক বারের জন্যও বন্ধুর জন্য খারাপ লাগা কাজ করে না 😔 আবার কিছু বন্ধু আছে নিজের গাড়ির চাবিটা বন্ধুর হাতে ধরিয়ে দিয়ে বলে ."যাহ দোস্ত ...ওকে নিয়ে ঘুরে আয় , ভালো লাগবে । চারপাশে অনেক বন্ধু . কেউ সত্যি করের ...কেউ বা মুখুশ পরা . তবুও বেঁচে থাকুক বন্ধুত্ব ..শাটল ট্রেনে ,, সাদা শার্টে লাল ইটের রঙে , নেভালের রেলিংয়ে । কিন্তু কঠিন বাস্তবতা হলো আমার কোনো বন্ধু নেই ,এটা আমি মেনে নিয়েছি , এখন এভাবেই বেঁচে থাকতে শিখে গেছি 🙂
