Tatiana do you know if you can freeze sourdough? I am going to make biscuits with sourdough and freeze them to make in the morning to pull out the bag. I just did it, so he lied to fail work! Thank you. Any tips on making biscuits with sourdough would be appreciated.
I have not done it but I have been told that you can freeze sourdough! And yes I will learn to make biscuits and create a video :)
@@tatiana_coutoI suggest drying a few spoons instead of freezing, more practical at the moment of reviving it when necessary.
@@PaoloRicchiardi what do you mean by drying spoons?
A bassinet is for a baby; a banneton is used to proof bread. Your video is one of the best I’ve seen. Thank you.
@@lynnclendenin2988 hahahhaa i knew i was saying something wrong 😂🤦🏽♀️ thank you!! 😊
@@tatiana_couto Also you don't cook bread, you bake it :)
@@frankgressie1327hahha true 😂
Interesting 😊❤👍🏼
@@silvermoon3486 thanks 🥰
Help . For over a week my starter is growing, has bubbles but not floating.i am almost ready to give up. What am I doing wrong?
@@tam0166 hmm how bubbly? have you tried cooking with it still? I’ve made bread without it being my perfect based on timing
@@tatiana_couto it’s pretty bubbly on the sides. I have not baked bread yet. I would hate to put all that time into it if it doesn’t work out.
@@tam0166 i think if there is bubbles it’s worth trying to bake it. A lot of this process and learning how your specific dough looks in your climate - maybe feed it again and see how it does a couple hours after that. it’s okay to continue feeding it every day a little for it to grow
@@tatiana_couto thanks. I will give it a few more days and a few more feedings
@@tam0166 keep me updated :)
HAIR NET MIGHT BE A GOOD THING....NICE VIDEO
hahah i’ve contemplated that 😂 thank you!
Consider a hair clip.
@@terrierickson439 haha I have plenty, I put it up later in the video :)
I have short hair and I always wear a shower ciao when I’m cooking, I have a phobia of hair in the food.😮
@@ireneposti6813 haha yea i should probably get that! surprisingly it doesnt get in my food somehow
