Yeah, I needed a jump start in the middle of B.F.E. on a 100 degree day recently. Thank God for my Allstate roadside assistance. Im in good hands. I called Allstate, they said yes, someone has been dispatched and will be there within 45 minutes. 1 hour later crickets chirping, nobody. Im dripping sweat. Called Allstate again and again, they hung up on me everytime before being connected with a real person. Eventually I realized I had been lied to, help had no been dispatched and I was definitely not in "good hands". Because I was in the middle of nowhere uber showed no drivers available. My wife ended up driving from Florida to Georgia, an hour and 45 minutes one way to jump my battery with jumper cables.
