i failed 3 times in IBPS AFO pre exam and many exams, but now selected 4 govt jobs, Assistant director of agriculture, Assistant manager in minor forest produce department, Rural agriculture extension officer, NFL management trainee interview , and posted as a Sub-divisional agriculture officer...do hard work and give more time to your preparation... you all will get success one day, your parents are waiting for your success ❤️... And apne post ke liye maine Assistant director of agriculture ka exam diya jo CGPSC ke through hua tha Aur mai assistant director of agriculture hu and as a Sub-divisional agriculture officer posted hu...

@@Anchal-ks9qy self study nem raj sunda and maine apne cg me coaching kiye the unke notes, sare subjects me achi pakad thi, PYQ analysis and kon se chapter se kaha se questions aate hai unki ache se knowledge thi... 2019 se continue pdh ra tha agriculture, to kafi jyda strong tha agriculture..
Dont wanna discourage you but guys go for another jobs like FCI , CCI , NABARD state agriculture officer exam
I just got selected as an AFO in PNB and im regreting giving three years of my life to this job the job profile is hectic i went at 8:30AM and return home by 7:30PM i regret putting PNB as my first preference this bank has given me 6 branches on deputation one branch a day I'm a new joinee i dont know why they have given me 6 branches they have also given me 2 crore per month target the higher authorities are saying go on the ground generate lead for the bank
im posted in another state im facing language problem no one is cooperative the manager the PO clerk they remain busy in thier work nobody guides , and one more thing the training they give you before joining is far far away from actual ground level job

I failed IBPS AFO pre exam and many other exams 5 times. Mainly because of English. IBPS AFO I failed by 0.5, 1, 1.5 marks and DDA SO I failed by 3 marks. There were many exams which broke me down. This time I started preparing again and gave CCI exam. Now I will give IBPS AFO exam. It will take a lot of hard work, let's see what the result is.
Four of my friends are afo posted in home state .. getting handsome salary.. and bit satisfied.. every job demands work .. don't listen just keep preparing atleast you will have enough money to cry in a good restaurant

The harsh reality in today's world I think the Unemployment ..I just want to crack this exam I don't wanna see the job profile ..

I had been to afo interview 4 times . After taking review from present afo employees i had finally quit the afo preparation. Now I'm working in the private company.. there is no time restrictions and less pressure compared to that of afo here..

I am not speaking about any particular company,, if you are an agriculture graduate , then don't waste your precious time just by preparing for any particular exam, join any private inputs company related to seeds or pesticides or fertilizer and manage time for your preparation, so that you will be having less pressure and also you will get experience, which is essential if you are willing to continue in the private sector itself .

I gave 2 IBPS AFO interviews but couldn't make it to final selection. After that got selected in FCI and currently working as GRADE-1 Officer in Agriculture deptt.
Just want to say don't stick to only one exam keep preparing and appearing in other exams with overlapping exams. All the best.

There is such a hectic work schedule. They have given me three branches. All of them have very high NPA. There is pressure from the Zonal Office to recover it. In the review they ask me to tell them what I have done.😢

I have prepared for afo for once went upto interview stage and missed by 0.2 marks later i depressed a lot after 2 to 3 months recognised inbuilt of my skills for teaching and passion for teaching and later joined Sri Chaitanya college as Botany lecturer #Neet earning more than a Afo earns have complete satisfaction of job ..try if you have passion for teaching..
