Hey man I have literally the same car 2013 535i Blacked as well.. after I charged my valve cover gasket I put everything together then test drive up the road I pulled into my driveway next you know I hear my pops screaming your car leaking oil .. so yeah it was from the bottom and somewhere from the head gasket area and I can’t find the issue till this I still have the car and I want to get it fixed

You ordered the wrong headlights based on the pics you showed. The car originally came with full LED lights. Xenon’s will NOT work
He didn’t order wrong, he just went cheap on headlights. And of course they will work after some coding

Probably wasn’t installed right had the same thing happen to my x5 turned out it wasn’t on right in the back corner
Why is check engine? What is reason? You notice it?
where did you buy parts?
