The voice is fake or at least pretty over exaggerated. I’m pretty sure she’s even said it herself. You can hear her real one come through quite a bit in this video and sometimes you’ll see her catch it and switch back.

Paris’s voice is so nostalgic to me. But in parts of this video I hear more how she sounds candidly, you know? She can make her voice really girly, totally the trademark Paris, and then her more casual voice is just a little more womanly, grounded, and maybe even candid.
