Im about to turn 60 and getting ready to have my left hip replaced and then left knee 90 days later. Then hopefully the right hip and knee the late part of this year. Ive had 3 heart attacks and have systolic heart failure and a list of other ailments caused by autoimmune disease. These women are so fortunate to have their health and faculties so long. They are amazing arent they! This is my favorite UA-cam channel, they inspire me!

When I discovered these wonderful ladies ( 4 days ago) my heart jumped with joy and i just laughed so hard that I binge watch their videos for two days!
