Yes Sir. Used both burners at a same time. Gas stove wala drawer bahar slide ho jata hai. Aur kithe rood upper ho jati hai. Ye short dekhiye 👇🏽

We are planning when we go with family then we ll select the location near by any dhaba, any home stay for these activities

Keep small tray baskets allover below the unit to keep groceries and keep spaceto store folding table and chairs, dont forget to carry a tarpal. Make provision for water storage

Foldable chairs and bench from decathlon is on the way. I ll buy Tarpal from local market. Once we carry 20ltr water can as water management. I planned to keep groceries in small air tight containers and put them in drawer...
You can use flat cans as used by other off road vehicle check on thar modification to carry fuel and water, to fit below the unit to store water. That will be a better solution as compared to storage for groceries and vegetables as you need not have to access it on regular basis and in case of any leaks nothing will be spoiled.
In addition to tarp for side fitting on roof rail U can also order tarp with poles for rear area from decathlon it is not very expensive.
Please carry fire extinguishers for safety also install a additional ply at the bottom and fix your unit with sliders on it, this will help in pulling the whole unit out of the car when in use and give you more open room area to work. You can then install folding planks on both sides with can be used as additional working are and u can even install collapsible sink on one side.
