WET HEAVEN - BRING TO BOIL - HWJ CHALLENGE 01/20/25

the following is the prompt from the Hardware jam's Facebook Group Weekly Challenge for this weekend.

Greetings Jammers!
And happy Friday. This weekend we would like you to take inspiration from a great film producer, musician, poet, author and general visionary, David Lynch who died this week. He has left many works to take inspiration from, be that ‘Twin Peaks’, ‘The elephant man’, ‘Eraserhead’ and others. Or you may choose to draw on one of the other areas he was known for.
So your challenge this week is to compose a David Lynch-inspired jam. Any genre, you can make it as odd and bizarre as you like, as dreamlike and idealistic as you like.
I leave you with this quotation:
“Mankind was not meant to suffer -- bliss is our nature. The individual is cosmic. Let's rock.”

I had a good time making this one, I committed to doing it around noon and it's just nearly 1am on Saturday now and I'm uploading this, so I think I made some good time. Luckily, I had a tonne of self-shot footage I think works for a title menu, and musically, this came together fast enough and required only two pieces of gear so I was able to complete the concept in the kitchen while my partner recorded me. Instruments are listed in the video. RIP David Lynch.
