Go forth, young man!! A boisterous battle story with an uncanny mechanical partner stuck to a hoodie!
"Mecha-Ude" is an original anime series directed and conceived by the animation artist "Okamoto," produced by the up-and-coming animation studio "TriF Studio" based in Fukuoka.
The story revolves around Hikaru, an ordinary junior high school boy, and Alma, a "Mecha-Ude" - a mechanical life form that can combine with humans, as they embark on adventures and battles.
Starting with a short PV released on UA-cam, the Mecha-Ude project has successfully raised funds for production through crowdfunding in Japan and abroad.
"Mecha-Ude” is finally getting an anime adaptation that was conceived from the beginning of the project!

[Story]
One day in Kita-Kagami City, junior high schooler Hikaru Amatsuga meets a mysterious “Ude (Arm)” shaped machine life form “Mecha-Ude” named Alma.
In order to obtain energy, Alma tried and failed to combine with Hikaru himself.
Alma somehow combined with the hoodie he was wearing instead.
Meanwhile, a large corporation that’s out to forcibly turn Mecha-Ude into weapons against their will called the Kagami Group is on the hunt for Alma.
Aiming to liberate themselves from the Kagami Group, a group of Mecha-Ude known as “ARMS” is also searching for Alma.
In the midst of everything, Hikaru can’t bring himself to abandon Alma, who can’t remember anything, and decides to put on the hoodie Alma combined with that will embroil him into the epic clash between Mecha-Ude users that’s about to unfold…

なんの躊躇もなく窓を蹴破ってきた挙句お菓子めっちゃ食べるアキがクールポンコツヒロインすぎて可愛い。
アニメは全くわからないですが、夜中にテレビを付けてたらこの歌が流れてきて思わず聴き入ってしまいここに辿り着きました。

I like the concept so much its basically a play on words being people use "arms" as in "arm" ing themselves with weapons and the MC's weapon is basically a giant fist.

Ye the blond haired boy is also from ano ko secret, and the character itself is voiced by EVE, the song Ambivalent from EVE was also made as a opening for the anime even before its release, it’s been 9 years since the promo 😊
