Update: I ended up buying a Lexus GS450H, which was also really hard to find. Had to fly to Spain to get the one I wanted. Amazing car, what both Lexus and Infiniti have done really well is combine an already powerful engine with a hybrid system, these cars are just so effortless. I also drove some of the toyota hybrid products of my relatives (1.5 hybrid Yaris, 1.8 hybrid Corolla) and that just ain't it. If the GS I flew to Spain for turned out to be junk, I would have taken the next plane to Italy to check out a white Q50 hybrid, but that wasn't necessary in the end.
@@XDMIIIIIIIII If you want an M37S and one pops up you have to get it fast because there were only 14 of them ever registered in the UK. I travelled to the other end of the country to get mine and basically bought it over the phone. 2012 with 35k on it so I figured I couldn't go wrong with that. Typically though, another one popped up much closer to me about 2 weeks after I bought mine but I'm still happy and love it so far.
The mpg numbers you get from the hybrid version of this car are just phenomenal. Very expensive bought new, but used ones are fairly priced and very reliable. I can't get enough of the beautiful curvy body design.
I'm sure this car will cost a lot less in maintenance upto 100,000 miles when compared to the Jaguar or any of the German sedans... The Japanese are known to obsess with value for money and they excel very well! If you live in Europe, and are looking to buy a luxury car, make sure you take a look at this car; It will never disappoint!
@Lebbz Hi, No major issues. If I had to truly nitpick...maybe a little more room in the backseat and gas mileage isn't great. If you're a huge tech person the infotainment system isn't as sophisticated but it works fine for me. I think it's a very overlooked gem. Great engine and transmission. Good luck!
I own a 2012 m35h ages for the hybrid. It has 370 horsepower and 370 ft pounds of torque. I get about 32 MPG and I'm at 96,000 miles on it right now. I can usually get 0 to 60 in about 5 to 5.5 depending on the road etc. The hybrid system is awesome and I also have all the driver aids. It makes driving long distances in a GT saloon car very comfortable. I also get an range of about 440 miles on one tank of gas which is a tank that is 11 gallons and 1 gallon reserve. The reserve light comes on when I have 70 mikes till empty. I have the Japanese Mabel with the dusted silver inlay and the bows surround sound with the speakers in the headrests. And this surround sound system sounds amazing. The double glazed windows and the handcooked tires I have on it make it very grippy and very quiet. You can have it easy conversation without having to raise your voice at 75 mph on the freeway. Driving around town I can usually put it in eco mode and it gives me gas pedal resistance so I don't floor it. It will also run mostly in battery mode as often as it can. It can run full battery under 62 mph. I'm not sure why that is it seems like an awfully strange number. I don't know the answer and I'm not going to pretend I know. My car is actually quite limited here in the United States because the battery and hybrid factory for Nissan was destroyed after the tsunami. So they discontinued them. When the dealership looked the VIN number up they estimated that my car was number 250, somewhere around there. I've owned everything from a g wagon to an S550 AMG several BMWs a few jaguars. I am more happy with my Infiniti than I am with any other car. As long as you take it to the dealership and maintain it you don't have to do much to it. If you have the opportunity to buy an extended warranty I highly recommend it because like all cars it's a computer that just happens to move you from point a to point b secondarily. I have a flawless paint job because my cousin owns a detail shop and he can perfectly get OEM paint and we touch up buff clear coat every little scratch. The only thing that has imperfections is the windshield. And I don't want to replace that because it's a windshield and they get little nicks all the time. The front end was damaged and was completely replaced and it looks stunning. The left back corner panel was sideswiped by a van pulling a trailer and that whole left and right and rear bumper were completely replaced. I don't have kids and I rarely have people in the backseat so it's completely spotless. The leather has not faded because I have brushed it conditioned it shampooed it when it needed it. It still has the original paint on all the large surfaces like doors and roof. When I bought it I also had the windows with limousine tint added. I also opted for the plastic protection film that they put on the front grill, spoiler, hood, wheel wells, the mirrors the door seals and the rear trunk seals. It has all the lane keeping assist driver aids. One of the things I really like about infiniti's Lane keeping assistance system is the blind spot indicator light is inside the car rather than on the mirrors. The advantage to this is that you don't have to turn your head very far to know that someone's in your blind spot. My other cars had it in there mirrors and sometimes it was too late and you had to depend on the audible indicators. I still drive my car every single day. Every while I use clay to remove all the dirt from the road. And then I will compound any clear coat scratches or spider web scratches. And then I will wax and seal the paint. I do this every month to 3 months because I live in Texas and it's very hot and the paint can take a beating. The car looks clean and shiny and better than 95%of the cars on the road.I've also hand polished the headlight covers so they are crystal clear. I've never had to change any of the bulbs in the car and they look fantastic still. My headlights turn left or right depending on whether my car is turning left or right. The interior is absolutely stunning I still can't speak highly enough about it. The back seat is quite comfortable for my older parents who are clearly American and are slightly overweight, yet they can still sit in the back comfortably for hours on end. Climate control is superior to any I've had any other car. It has several modes obviously it has dual climate control it has a Forest wind setting that blows the air randomly through different vents at different speeds just simulate air swirling around the car rather than blowing in your face. And it has the grape seed extractor to keep your air clean and fresh always. I opted for the heated and the air conditioned seats. The air conditioner seats are superior to all the other luxury cars because it actually blows air condition cold air through the seats. Other luxury cars just have fans that blow ambient air through the seats. So you can get quite chilly in that car if you need to. Alternatively it has the heated seats and the heated steering wheel which I have used several times here in Texas and it's quite lovely and it turns on very fast and has multiple temperatures. It does have one downside and that is that the trunk is not very big. It can hold four adult carry-on size pieces of luggage but it would be very tight and it would take a tetrismaster to get them in perfectly. You lose quite a bit of space because of the electric powertrain behind the back seats. But I've had it for 10 years and I've had no problems with it and I've always managed. It still has satellite radio I can get the weather forecast on my screen it has a hard drive with all my songs on it. I put a one terabyte SD card that has over 10,000 songs on it. So if I run out of satellite coverage I have 60 days of 24/7 new music. I still have a CD player which is quite nice although I've only used it a couple times. And those were times were friends just happened to have cds. It has USB connection to plug your phone in and obviously all Bluetooth connection the hands-free system for the Infiniti works pretty well. I did have to spend about 30 minutes with the car learning how to say things and for it to learn my voice and my voice patterns. But now if I don't have my phone connected I can ask the car where anything is and directions to and phone numbers for people and to make calls etc this was pretty good for 2012 it was this top of the line as you can get. They had all the tech package with the extra screens for movies in the backseat. We had the options for Bluetooth and plug in headphones for the rear seats. Although in all honesty it never got used the plastic is still on the screen covers and the headphones are still in the original carrier. And the headphones are bose and they're wonderful. So I've heard. I found that during the pandemic I'm not driving my car as often. I drove to Austin and filled up the tank once cost me about $50 because of the current gas prices. About another $50 to get home and I still had over a quarter tank of gas left and I've been using that same quarter tank to drive myself around locally for the last 3 weeks. The hybrid system works really really well, it will charge the battery then shut the engine off and then you can run off the battery until it needs to be charged again and at that point the car quietly turns on and recharges. This works best at low speeds and during traffic.. And of course it does stop start, it has winter mode, winter mode is actually really good because it lowers the torque to the back wheels so that you don't spin out. All that electric torque you get gives you a lot of power to the wheels real quickly. eco mode is very nice the car will prevent you from doing hard accelerations and heartbreaking and will run battery as much as it can. Comfort is just that very comfortable and quiet. The car shifts very smoothly and gently and it also prevents very quick or rapid accelerations however you can give it some extra force in the car will move very fast. and sport. Sport is exactly that, very sporty really quick high RPMs before shifting. It also has a manual shifter the paddle shifters weren't an option when I got mine. But still I've had no problem trolling for other luxury saloon cars and blowing the doors off of them. Acceleration on the freeway is fantastic especially if you need to get over a lane and somebody's being a jerk, you can zip over without hesitation no problem. Just be careful on the braking because it is a 4,000 lb car. Yet it can scoot around like a 2000 pound car.. Every time I take it to the dealership for its annual service I get offered more and more money for her. Last time I was offered $32,000. I own it outright so I'm definitely not selling it. Best car I've ever owned. I wish I could post pics becauseim proud of her timeless looks and smooth body lines and with a very low drag coefficient for a large saloon car. I believe the sticker cost for mine because there were no more available options for me to purchase was between 92 and 98,000. I'm not 100% certain though. I had a very expensive car note for 60 months.
A new and interesting presenting, especially the end in directing us what to click to get some more information. Besides, the background music is so cute!
So you talked about the parts coz I owe the m30d and shock absorbers and suspension and proofing to be difficult to find at the moment so any dealership that actually specialises on the m30 specifically plZ and help will be appreciated?
Infinity has recently been relaunched in Australia after a failed attempt many years ago now, one thing that would put me of buying one is a comment made my the Nissan Australia CEO regarding the brands longevity in the country. He strangely said that the cars are not built to the same standard as their rivals.
Have this car (M30DS premium) for 2+ years and have been kicking myself over the decision ever since. The engine is rough. Dealership can't fix the resultant trim rattles. The Trim can't even handle the bass from the Bose system even at normal volumes. Front wheels tramline. The front seating heating /cooling replaced under warranty but still malfunctions depending on how you sit on it ( several forum discussions) The gear box is jerky if used with the paddle shift. But here's the most difficult of the pills to swallow: Real world mpg in economy mode; city-21.5 and highway -3 2.5 (claimed 47). The highway figures can't be improved beyond 40 mpg even if driven at 60- 65mph in economy mode. Other modes are much worse. What's the point in a 3 litre engined car that you have to drive in economy mode to get any semblance of fuel economy. This is frankly last century compared to equivalent German diesels. Lots of toys and claimed technologies which count for little in practice on the road!
Check MPG statistics and real MPG statistics before buying a car. The diesel used in this is quite old, so don't expect much from it. On the flip side, the new engines used in this are very efficient and provide good economy.
Tawhid Ahmed -Because you can with BMW, Merc and Audi engines of similar size, output and age. The sticker price is right up there with these marques but technology and quality sadly isn't. The new engines are 2L 4pots and extremely low on output and needless to say much slower. The 2L emissions and efficiency compares more with those of 3Ls from the Germans developing considerably more power and torque.
reliability is good, thats because Nissan finally improved on technologies from the 60s. Nissan even offer $1000 to buyer who switch to buying their new Pulsar here in Oz, that says something to me
If you don't get the V8 in this model, you are just missing the point. I'm not a V8 guy, but even I understand that leaving the Q50 (G37) for this is a mistake unless you have more oomph to push the extra weight.
Its European rivals are cheaper to buy, are much more involving, and have MUCH superior economy. Infiniti only sold about 600 cars in UK last year. That's saying alot.
I have always loved infinitis and this ones interior is fantastic but the front of the car looks sort of like one of the old Hyundai models which kindda sucks :-(
In what world is 28mpg from a 3.7 V6 in a large saloon 'shocking'? That's fucking moronic. The hybrid version of this car is very tempting; you can pick up a 2015 Q70 Hybrid for about £25k right now with 1000 miles on the clock. Probably due to the slight facelift model that's just been released. Pity you can't get the hybrid in Sport trim though.
Rebecca didn't moan about her 5ft4" and a half length, her college degree or that she has been a racer. Is she growing up? Answers in the upcoming episodes. Stay tuned.

Well that's why I'm here after 7 years.
Me too. lol.

+rakmanbaba Why expect great fuel economy from an Auto 3.0 diesel?
Exactly - buy a 2 litre 4pot if your more worried about economy
Check MPG statistics and real MPG statistics before buying a car. The diesel used in this is quite old, so don't expect much from it. On the flip side, the new engines used in this are very efficient and provide good economy.

love the tingly background music ....suits her sassy \, beautiful, and sexy personality!!!

In England, the driver's side is on the right side, along with other countries in Europe.

Holy shit that car is awesome!
Wasn't there a machine that could print your name on a sticker?
I have always loved infinitis and this ones interior is fantastic but the front of the car looks sort of like one of the old Hyundai models which kindda sucks :-(
is this song, or that's the way she speaks?
The real question is do girls think guys driving this are rich??
Yes
For cultural car woman
It's not misogynistic, mysoginy is about hatered and prejudice and here we are all about love, it may be little sexist though.
Most value for money car.
Very nice ride. Boot-Boot!
Wish there was a disable comments option, youtube needs one.
how did she get her own soda label?!? that's awesome lol
I love the Rebeccola :o)
Did she say 4 wheel steering!
Stay tuned.
She's beautiful
The Kate beckinsale of carbuyer

It's not a very interesting car without the 5.6L V8 with 420hp. Is that not available in the U.K.?
