Previous tool you demonstrated (S-Removal) has issue when the backup takes too long (> 4 minutes), the session times out and it fails. Same issue with HFZ tool?
That's not issue its a general think with open menu method that token will expire in some minutes. So solution is delete some iCloud data and free some storage so that backup will create less time and do fast.
You can remove photos video's apps and some iCloud sync data from storage to free. ( iCloud storage as well as phone) Then retry.
