I find it interesting when we briefly see Miku's face as she is seeing this moment. Like her face oretty much shows that despite her hatred of men, seeing Shido get stabbed like that infront of her really freaked her out, it kind of shows that even she wouldn't go that far, or she is just horrified Wescott actually tried to kill Shido. I could be misreading things though.
I saw it more as her truly realizing that there really were people out there who love others unconditionally, who would give their lives to save those close to them, and was overwhelmed by Tohka's feelings, though that's just how I looked at it.
