Follow along with this 20-min. at home workout for beginners! (NO Equipment Needed)
3 ROUNDS:
30 sec - Standing jacks / or jumping jacks
10 sec - Rest
30 sec - Squat double kick
10 sec - Rest
30 sec - Side-to-side oblique crunch
Rest 20 seconds before repeating
3 ROUNDS:
30 sec - Wide stance sumo squat (reach up then down into sumo squat)
10 sec - Rest
30 sec - Plank side steps
10 sec - Rest
30 sec - Mountain climbers
Rest 20 seconds before repeating
3 ROUNDS:
30 sec - Squat to crunch (squat down, hands by head, stand and crunch knee to opposite elbow-alternating)
10 sec - Rest
30 sec - Superman
10 sec - Rest
30 sec - Reverse crunch
Rest 20 seconds before repeating
